The Story of how Vanya Zhukov studied the sovereignty of Venezuela


After the execution of next assignment Vanya Zhukov stayed for a minute near the TV in the corridor.

On TV at first showed how planes of one country bombed the camp located in the territory of other country.

Vanya was slightly disturbed: and the country, whose a planes, and the country, where the camp, - they,  both of these countries, were are not so far away located.

The picture was replaced. On the screen the famous diplomat appeared (Vanya several times , - when money still was, - has took lessons from him).

The diplomat stood between two respectable people and urged to keep the sovereignty of Venezuela.

"A very, very important topic is the preservation of sovereignty," - Vanya understood. - "But also a very a difficult – how to keep this sovereignty?»

Here on the screen the words started to run. It turned out that one of the two respectable gentlemen standing next to a well-known diplomat, represents the country whose aircraft bombed the camp on the territory of another country.

"They protect the sovereignty," - Vanya realized, looking at the TV screen again. – "Venezuela's Sovereignty!".

Suddenly Vanya felt someone's look. Near him there passed the famous diplomat.

Vanya looked away. After the receiving at the famous diplomat of a lesson of a global diplomacy and a lesson of "the Kerch policy",  after providing humanitarian assistance to Venezuela on the initiative of the diplomat, Vanya was short of money.

Suddenly the diplomat took a step back and addressed Vanya:

- You young and vigorous, and in the world there is a lot of interesting, unusual!

Vanya with a sigh looked at the diplomat:

- I took a rod yesterday and went to the river to catch fish. I approached the habitual place. And there - a fence. With fishing nothing worked out. Even to the river I could not approach. I dream of new, interesting places!

- You could fulfill your the joggings abroad, in places not a well-known, a mysterious!

Vanya looked more and more attentively at the diplomat.

- A sense of risk plus very, very big money! All this creates an indescribable feeling! Yes and where now there is no risk? In the Northern capital, in the center of the city, on the sidewalk, a native of the East hit by car a man who came from the West... The world becomes international. And in this world there is a risk …

Vanya looked at the diplomat with all his eyes.

The diplomat gave to Vanya a business card:

- I am forced to hurry. Some problems distract from problems of sovereignty of Venezuela …

The diplomat walked further.

Vanya carefully hid the card in his pocket:"He on TV told beautifully about the sovereignty of Venezuela." Vanya patted his pocket, where lay a business card: "A cool man!".
