Avoiding or Solving your Problems

Avoidance is one of the things that people choose to do on either an ongoing basis or as a one-off. Let’s just say that people make this choice because we all know that problem solving is usually not the most interesting, pleasant and fast decision to make.

Nearly every problem solving process needs time, but unfortunately in modern life, people simply don’t have enough time, or at least they think that they don’t have enough of it.

If avoidance happens on an ongoing basis, it could eventually turn into a lifestyle. For example, stories such as breakups, failed careers, and bad memories about different places that relate to different situations and so on…

I agree that every person sometimes needs some kind of respite from their daily routine, but if this happens too often, that can’t be the right way to solve the problem, because you can’t escape your emotions and feelings. At some point, it would be more useful to just face them. Of course, that’s if we don’t want to be running from our problems our whole lives.
