Fit and Healthy

   Staying/Being fit and healthy are two of the things that people all around the world wish for themselves.

   In order to stay healthy, there are three key things we should consider:
- Drinking enough of water
- Sticking to a Balanced diet
- Taking part in inside or/and outside physical activities

   These three things are essential points for maintaining our health and the condition of our bodies. We could continue this list further and further, but when we talk about health, it is best to mention mental health and the importance of sleep too, because these two things play such a big role in our lives.

   Some examples of things that can have a negative impact on our sleep are:
- Using any device, such as laptops, computers, phones and so on before going to sleep
- Not drawing the blinds in your bedroom
- Watching and reading emotional things right before falling asleep

   All the things from the list above could lead to poor sleep, and as a result of that, it could have a bad influence on our lifestyle and health.
So protecting our health is not only good for our physical wellbeing, but it is also good for our mental health.
