Письмо Президенту США

Здравствуйте уважаемый Президент Соединённых Штатов Америки.

Вы являетесь очень достойным руководителем американского народа. За период своего правления вы показали себя лидером, который строго стоит на страже национальных интересов своей страны. И как же могло получиться так, что именно в период вашего президентства есть прямая угроза территориальной целостности США? Речь идёт о нарушении Японией раздела 2 " Территория " мирного договора подписанного в Сан-Франциско в 1951 году. Напомню вам, а вы можете уточнить в Госдепартаменте, что итогом этого договора стало закрепление за США 600(!) островов в Тихом океане, включая Марианские острова, которые ранее принадлежали Японии. Также этим договором был снят вопрос о территориальной принадлежности острова Гуама, который был оккупирован Японией. Все это может быть дезавуировано в результате попыток пересмотра Сан-Франциского договора со стороны Японии. В частности речь идёт о попытке Японии вернуть Курильские острова.
Пытаясь их истребовать у России. Между тем , раздел2 " Территория " Сан-Франциского мирного договора имеет полный перечень островов и территорий, которые по итогам войны закрепляются за союзными державами. В частности все Курильские острова и Южная часть острова Сахалин закрепляется за СССР, то есть Россией. В соответствии с Венскими конвенциями международный договор- это цельный правовой документ и никаких изъятий не допускается.
Подписав мирный договор в Сан-Франциско в 1951 году Япония отказалась от каких-либо территориальных претензий. Требуя Курилы, Япония создаёт очень опасный прецедент, который позволяет ей в дальнейшем требовать возвращения 600 островов и острова Гуам.
По Сан- Францискому мирному договору Тайвань закреплялся за Китаем, а Корея получала независимость. Напомню, что по итогам китайско- японской войны 1895 года Корея и Тайвань(Формоза) были аннексированы и включены в состав Японии. Таким образом, та общая цель- отстаивание территориальной целостности США, Китая, КНДР от посягательств Японии сблизит эти страны в очень непростой переод их отношений.

Позвольте господин Президент как главе государства, которая сильно пострадала от Японской агрессии, стране, в которой и прошло подписание мирного договора сделать следующее.
Провести в городе Сан-Франциско конференции, просвещённой проблемам договора и выработке действенных мер по недопущению ревизии международного договора подписанного на американской земле.

You are a very worthy leader of the American people. During his reign, you have shown yourself a leader who is strictly on guard of the national interests of his country. And how could it happen that during your presidency there is a direct threat to the territorial integrity of the United States? It is a violation by Japan of section 2 "Territory" of the peace Treaty signed in San Francisco in 1951. Let me remind you, and you can specify in the state Department that the result of this agreement was the consolidation of the US 600(!) Islands in the Pacific ocean, including the Mariana Islands, which previously belonged to Japan. The Treaty also removed the question of the territorial identity of the island of GUAM, which had been occupied by Japan. All of this could be disavowed by Japan's attempts to revise the San Francisco Treaty. In particular, we are talking about Japan's attempt to return the Kuril Islands.
Trying to demand them from Russia. Meanwhile , section 2 of the "Territory" of the San Francisco peace Treaty has a complete list of Islands and territories that are assigned to the allied powers as a result of the war. In particular, all the Kuril Islands and the southern part of the island of Sakhalin is assigned to the USSR, that is, Russia. According to the Vienna conventions, an international Treaty is an integral legal instrument and no exceptions are allowed.
By signing the peace Treaty in San Francisco in 1951, Japan renounced any territorial claims. By demanding the Kuril Islands, Japan is setting a very dangerous precedent that allows it to continue to demand the return of the 600 Islands and the island of GUAM.
Under the San Francisco peace Treaty, Taiwan was assigned to China, and Korea gained independence. Let me remind you that at the end of the Sino-Japanese war of 1895, Korea and Taiwan(Formosa) were annexed and incorporated into Japan. Thus, that common goal - to defend the territorial integrity of the United States, China, North Korea from the encroachments of Japan will bring these countries together in a very difficult change of their relations.

Allow me, Mr. President, as the head of state, who suffered greatly from the Japanese aggression, the country in which the signing of the peace Treaty took place to do the following.
To hold a conference in the city of San Francisco, enlightened by the problems of the Treaty and the development of effective measures to prevent the revision of the international Treaty signed on American soil.
