The Frunze district court of Vladivostok fined the White Whale company which caught killer whales and white whales in Primorye 28 million and 173 thousand rubles, the correspondent of RIA Novosti from the courtroom reports.

The company found guilty in violation of the rules and the requirements regulating fishery (Article 8.17 of the Administrative Code).  The court found that the "White whale" caught the  three killer whales with violations.
