                MESSAGE TO G20

      The World Intellectual Elite Union (hereinafter is 'Union')  addresses to the world peoples and G20 with this message to reminder the higher aims and objectives of humanity.
      State of the world is a subject of a concern and anxiety of the Union. Until now, local wars are under way. But the most dangerous one is the irresponsible behavior of the leaders of many countries who unleashed a civil war their own people, against their own population, condemning people to poverty, despair and forced migration. Rather than to condemn, isolate and block the action of these rulers, world leaders are fighting exclusively against the consequences: against migrants, against individuals, - not paying any attention to the causes of these phenomena. Therefore, we see the sad "results": everyday violence is not decreasing but is growing, and the states use their apparatus of violence essentially against dissatisfied people. The biggest state apparatus of violence contained at the expense of the population the state turns against its population. Naturally, we get the world on fire of revolutions, civil and local wars.
The irresponsibility and greed of heads of state and ruling clans, a false "humanization" of criminal law in favor of major criminals, false myths of invincibility and even "natural" feature of crimes and corruption, rigging of elections have divided the world's population in the vast majority of victims and insignificant but ruling minority of criminal, quasi-criminal, or suspected leading clans. We would like to disappoint these clans: your descendants will not be able to use the loot, and you will enter the history as victims and lackeys of capital.
      And do not be afraid of immigrants: the flowering of ancient Babylon, ancient Rome, and during new time of the USA occurred largely at the expense of immigrants. One must be able to use the new demographic factors, labor and intellectual resources. Representatives of all branches of power, do not set people against each other, do not hate, do not commit crimes against your peoples!
      On the eve of a global disaster Union appeals to the leaders of all nations, especially G-20: forget, please, your ambitions and petty disputes; donate your money for the benefit of patients, children with disabilities, the elderly and victims of crime and natural disasters; reduce the cost of armaments, on the apparatus of violence and inefficient border security, personal and family interests; abolish visas, bureaucratic barriers and permits, import imposts and taxes; give budgetary funds for science, education, health and social needs; do something useful for your population, cut your country bureaucracy, change the legal system to cease to act against victims. Begin to change the world for the better with yourself - and the world will be changed!      
       The proposals of the WIEU are:
1)  the reduction of armaments and armies, the transfer of strategic and nuclear
     weapons under international control;
2)  the cessation of hostilities, the achievement and establishment of peace in all
     regions;
3)  the significant progress of World and European integration;
4)  humane and global decisions of migration problems;
5)  significant processes of decriminalization, debureaucratization, overcoming
     corruption, state, national, religious and individual terrorism;
6)  achieving social justice and protection of human rights and freedoms;
7)  the reorganization of the UN Security Council with its permanent
     membership expansion and the cancellation of the permanent
     member's veto power.
