Secondly, I will dare to remind of those circumstances mentioned in The Draft of the letter to the Internet portal about the "Zalesski Bureya Journal" web page. If to remember details, then I tried to create the page under the name "Zalessky Bureya Journal" - for placement on this page of work under the name "Bureya Journal" (БУРЕЙСКИЙ ДНЕВНИК   BUREYA JOURNAL).

Thirdly, the attempt to create this page was followed by events which reminded me battles of medieval skholasts.

As a result of these battles, I, however, learned about the right to create the page if this page will be called by my pseudonym.

I got to thinking. "Ural" is the name of the river. At the same time - a common name. Consequently, the Bureya - can also be a name - in any case, in the alias (in the pseudonym).

"Parchment." This word is used - in the broad sense - to name all sorts of ancient texts. At the same time it is a relatively common surname. Therefore, the word "Journal" can be used for a surname (in a pseudonym).

So, scholastic confrontations ended with the fact that I changed the name of the page from "Zalessky Bureya Journal" to "Bureya Journal".

But again, no move, - no movement...

Strangely, at the period of these scholastic exercises, the news (via the press) were received - about the awarding of a figure for his "contribution" to the solution "Bureya problems".

Actually, in the information space, there are three components on this issue.

Initial. These are various complimentary statements.

Second. This statement - in the presentation of the various media. Position was changing.  Before the start of work on the creation of the channel in spontaneous dam we had read about the different kinds of obstacles on the elimination of the dam. After the start of work we learned about the risks that the creation of the channel will lead to a new landslide, and this (new, potential) landslide is dangerous... When the channel was already created, we learned that the channel can be clogged with the remains of trees and ice during the ice drift... And so on...

Third. It's reports.... These "reports" were mentioned in the media materials, they were even, to some extent, retold. Who knows - maybe some reports have been published somewhere? I, personally, at least, with the amount of time and attention that I devote to this topic, - I could not to found these reports.

So, I do not manage to create the special separate page for placement of work on it "The Bureya Journal" (БУРЕЙСКИЙ ДНЕВНИК   BUREYA JOURNAL) in any way. I'm involved in a "logical сompetitive fencing" ending with a proposal to wait for who not knows what... If you see "unknown", then consider that in reply to your initiatives were followed by a negative decision...

Curiously...

And meanwhile "events go"...

Involuntarily you think: "Everything in the world is interconnected".

And one direction of an event do not go in any way, and in another - they go and  very powerfully!...

Maybe some conspiracy theorists took up the topic?.. Somewhere they make some decisions...

And as for me - to wait, to participate in mindless discussions...

But please note that in the media there are reports about the active action of Mrs. Moskalkova!

But these reports can to direct of me, as an "ordinary" person,  to a daring thoughts!

We have a Constitution, after all, gentlemen!

So, I ask you to formulate clear arguments: why I am limited in the right -  in accordance with Your own rules - to create the page called by the pseudonym "Bureya Journal" - for placement on this separate page of work "The Bureya Journal"!
