Вчера в тундре на берегу замерзающего моря Лаптевых пограничники задержали трёх оленеводов со стадом оленей в тысячу шестьсот голов. Налетевшие как снег на голову ограниченные пограничники потребовали паспорта, невежливо тыкая автоматами...
Всё-таки - погранзона! А вдруг с Аляски или с Канады стадо оленей нелегально через океан пересекло рубежи нашей Родины? Да ещё и с бригадой террористов...
А у двоих оленеводов, малочисленных народов Крайнего Севера, паспорта в этот момент находились в юрте за 50 километров от этого пастбища.  В результате этого плана-перехвата оленеводам пришлось бросить в тудре на произвол судьбы всех оленей!...
И все трое прокатились на вертолёте с пограничниками от пастбища, чтобы предъявить ксивы! Всё было задумано для установления личностей. Но привезли их не к своему стойбищу, где были недостающие документы, а в поселение, где оленеводы никогда не были! Теперь, чтобы вернуться к своим разбежавшимся по тундре оленям, беднягам без паспортов придётся добираться многоступенчатым маршрутом, потратив по 100000 рублей на каждого. Такие на Крайнем Севере расценки!
Дальше будет ещё смешнее и интереснее! Потому что Арктическая зона для  России - это очень важно...
