Because we all have to wait a long time in the queue for an answer (preferably a positive one) to our burning question. “Qualification is a certain level of practical and theoretical knowledge and skills of a particular employee holding a certain position,” we read on Wikipedia.

The fact is that moving to America irrevocably changed the plans and desires of men to work in their specialty. The reasons, first of all - in the lack of knowledge of the English language enough to apply their professional skills. So the engineer had to look for a job much lower than his qualifications. An electrical engineer in one year managed to try himself as a handyman, electrician, builder, etc. In just a year, he had to change 11 jobs!
He heard this phrase at the interview many times! He carefully watched his colleagues, whose education allowed them to work only as workers, and saw that their fate could be much easier, but ... people did not understand this. Sometimes Rudolph had a desire to explain how to complete the task, but poor knowledge of English did not allow this. Yes, and many temporary employees did not want to understand the foreign accent!
