Write down each thing that you have to do during the course of a day on a separate piece of paper, and then put all the papers into a box. After you have written down all the things, you could organize them in a certain sequence and start working on them in accordance with your priorities or preferences. Maybe you would like to do these things, which are easier or better to do first according to some other criteria that you choose? Anyway, it is always a good idea to organize these pieces of paper we wish to accomplish in a way that will be more suitable for you.

2. Weekly notes

Note down the things that you have already finished from the daily box. It is very convenient to do this at the end of the day and then when the weekend comes, it will be useful to look how much you have done. That will motivate and encourage you to increase your productivity. This is where you can easily discover what works best for you, what doesn’t work and what should be changed.

3. Monthly box
You could deal with this box the same way as with your daily box. However, here you should only have longer-term items that you are going to do during the month.
