WHO AM I? That Pierrot, then Harlequin

WHO AM I? That Pierrot, then Harlequin,
I myself don’t know who I am?
In distant lands, half
And the other is here alone.
In a white mask meeting the day
I walk towards the light
And I don’t notice myself
As I change color in the night.

A new character has appeared in my doll collection. This is HARLEQUIN, the traditional character of the Italian "comedy of masks", a servant-jester in a suit of multi-colored rags.
“Harlequin is cheerful and naive, because he easily does stupid things, but he perceives the punishments following this with a smile. He is a lazy person and is looking for any opportunity to get away from work and take a nap, he is a glutton and a womanizer, but at the same time courteous and modest. Harlequin should arouse sympathy for his ridiculous adversities and childish sorrows. " Wikipedia

It turns out that this name is carried by various representatives of the animal world.

Harlequin Brazilian long-legged [1] (lat. Acrocinus longimanus) - a large beetle from the family Usachi.
Quail harlequin - a bird of the subfamily partridge.
Harlequins are a breed of beagle dogs.
I was very pleased that my beloved dog, also a Beagle, also belongs to this breed!
My collection is growing!
