Milan and Milena 3

You know next to the bright and sunny world of men there was a dark and murky world of evil spirits - demons. It was under rule of cruel king Ozimandis and evil queen Ais. All the houses and palaces in the world were made of ice and darkness. Evil spirits, demons themselves half consisted of ice and darkness.

They liked evil and bad people, and crybabies, and liars, they whispered in their ears all sorts of mischief, and they willingly performed. And they did that the world of men grew darker and darker, so that the demons could live there with comfort as well.

But they hated good and kind people, in their dark world these good people looked like fireflies, they emitted light and demons had to hide. But the most hateful to them were those people whose hearts were burning with love. Lovers with their heat and light were burning holes in the ice kingdom Ozimandisa and Ais, and the world of demons decreased, became full of holes, like a Dutch cheese. That is why, if two people fell in love with each other, the forces of evil were struggling to stop them.

At that moment, when Milan and Milena met and fell in love, in the world of demons broke such a fire they fled in panic away, up hill and down dale, till they reached the palace of Ozimandisa and Ais, and there they stood, rubbing their burnt limbs. Ozimandisa was not at  home. They were met by Ais and she asked:

- What happened to you, my faithful servants? Where are you running?

And they did not even know. There was too much light for them to see and understand. Then Ais looked in her magic mirror and screamed because of the unbearable brilliance thence, where there were two lovers. Ais barely could look at them.

Then Ais sent her servants off with the words:

- Go and do harm them, as much you can, so that their life turn to be unbearable, that they’d quarrel with each other and part forever!
