How to solve the oil problem?

Between the Russian "oil industry workers" and the Belarusian state, not just a black cat recently ran, but a big and fat cat washed up and down in oil.

In order to solve this problem, the public organization "Build it yourself" offers the following:

Socio-ecological agro-industrial complex based on the peasant (farm) economy and the underground Belarusian Metro.


The invention relates to the satisfaction of human needs in adverse socio - environmental conditions and complex international geopolitical and epidemiological conditions.

Currently, there is a decline in the quality of life of people throughout the world, both in cities and in rural areas.
In cities, this is due to the large concentration of the population and industrial enterprises, and in rural areas, a decrease in the number of able-bodied people due to the seasonality of agricultural production and low prices for agricultural products.
A decrease in the quality of life of the population entails an increase in the degree of its criminalization, which, along with an increase in military and terrorist danger, poses a threat to industrial facilities and, above all, objects of transport and fuel and energy infrastructure.
Even in ancient times, settlements of people actively appeared on trade routes, such as the port city of Douala (Cameroonstadt), which arose as a trading settlement of Africans and Europeans at the mouth of the navigable river Vuri (Cameroon) in the 16th century. Many cities arose along the route of the transcontinental railways of the Trans-Siberian Railway and the Chinese Eastern Railway (CER), built at the beginning of the 20th century in Russia and China, while the railway paid off before its completion, as Siberian and Chinese farmers, having the opportunity to sell in rich countries in Europe, the products of their households began to enrich rapidly.
Paved roads and strong bridges appeared in the ancient world, it was thanks to them that the Roman Empire was able to form and exist for many centuries, on the ruins of which, despite the invasion of the barbarians, numerous wars and epidemics, modern Western Europe exists. The paved road network was most developed with the advent of the car, today hundreds of millions of cars drive on the roads of the world, almost the entire population of the world uses road transport.
Along with land transport, from ancient times, there are shipping channels, which, unlike winding and not always full-flowing rivers, ensure uninterrupted delivery of passengers and goods. And some of them, such as the Suez and Panama Canals, are of global importance, as they reduce sea routes by thousands of kilometers.
The newest mode of transport is air transport, it allows you to deliver passengers and goods to anywhere in the world, while the delivery time is incomparable with this indicator of land or water transport. In addition, aviation does not need to build roads; it is enough for it to have only airfields at final points. For example, a flight through the mountains from Alma-Ata to Cholpon-Ata on a passenger plane takes only thirty minutes, while traveling by road more than five hundred kilometers along the route Alma-Ata-Bishkek-Rybachye-Cholpon-Ata is more than 12 hours, and a pedestrian crossing takes three days.
All of the above types of transport: water, road, rail and air have the following disadvantages:
The construction of shipping channels, railways and highways is not only costly, but also damages nature through deforestation, drainage of wetlands and agriculture due to the withdrawal of large areas of fertile land from agricultural circulation.

The disadvantage of air transport is its dependence on meteorological conditions and the high cost of transportation, which makes it possible to use it only in very rich countries or regions.
A common drawback of all these types of transport is its low social efficiency, which has repeatedly led to social upheaval. So in 1863, the construction of the St. Petersburg - Warsaw railway was accompanied by an armed uprising of a small nobility, which at the same time lost its slaves, who, having been freed from serfdom, massively went to the construction of the railway, leaving the landowners alone with abandoned land. In 1899, an armed uprising called Ihetuansky or Boxersky also took place in China, its reason was the start of the construction of railways, which left millions of Chinese rickshaws and porters without livelihoods. Millions of people die or become disabled annually on highways, however, the responsibility for this is always blamed on drivers or road operators, and the funds collected in the form of tolls are often used for anything but social development programs for roadside settlements. In addition, high-traffic freeways create an unfavorable environmental situation due to loud noise, exhaust emissions and runoff from the road surface of highly harmful deicing reagents.
Closest to the claimed invention is the existing pipeline transport, which is taken as a prototype.
The disadvantage of the prototype is its low agro-industrial and social effectiveness, as well as environmental danger due to the constant criminal and terrorist threat caused by it. Modern pipelines with a large length and throughput are often damaged. Thus, over ten years of hostilities of the Limited Contingent of Soviet Forces in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan (1979-1989), the Termez-Kabul and Kushka-Shindant field product pipelines were attacked about 1300 kilometers hundreds of times, with thousands of tons of motor fuel lost and more than hundreds of pipeline warriors from a 276 separate pipeline brigade; in addition, four motorized arrows were engaged on an ongoing basis to protect pipelines with a total length of about 1,200 kilometers the regiments of 201 and 108 motor rifle divisions, which also suffered combat losses, thus, one soldier accounted for about 150 meters of the pipeline, in addition, more than a thousand units of expensive automotive and armored vehicles were involved in guarding the pipelines. In 2015, in the region of Eilat (Israel), as a result of an accident caused by the overload of super-cheap oil delivered from fields not controlled by the Syrian government, the pipeline was destroyed with the release of a large amount of oil, similar accidents occurred in Alaska and northern Canada, as well as in the Vitebsk region (Republic of Belarus). In September 2019, Belarusian oil refineries received liquid waste from oil production instead of oil for several days via an export pipeline from the Samara region (Russian Federation), which led to the failure of expensive equipment and arising from the unilateral “tax maneuver” undertaken by the Russian government Federation, the oil conflict, which put the Belarusian oil refineries in a difficult financial and technical situation.
The Novopolotsk-Fanipol fuel pipeline, built in 2017, with a length of about 200 kilometers, was subjected to criminal assaults with the aim of stealing fuel during its construction.
Oil pipeline Odessa - Brody, passing through the territory of Ukraine,currently in a difficult economic and socio-political situation, built in 2002 and having a throughput capacity of 14,500 thousand tons of oil per year, has not yet reached its design capacity, the only attempt made in 2011 to pump four million tons of oil It turned out to be unsuccessful in the Republic of Belarus, only about one million tons were pumped, after which the contents of the pipeline were sent to Ukrainian oil refineries, which brought Ukraine a loss in Dimensions 400 million hryvnia.
In order to eliminate the indicated technical and socio-ecological problem, it is proposed to place plantations of valuable perennial agricultural (green) crops, such as rhubarb, thyme, peppermint, etc. in the protection zone of the main oil product pipeline, while attracting farmers to use the protection zone to grow the pipeline expensive (up to 10 rubles per kilogram) green crops.
In the immediate vicinity of the plantations, it is proposed to place residential and industrial buildings of peasant (farmer) farms.
To protect the main oil product pipeline 1 from unauthorized taps and pumping low-quality fuel through it, it is proposed to equip it with gateway devices 5 connected to the auxiliary pipeline 6, from where fuel will be constantly taken for operation of the control power plants 7, which supply the cultivated structures of protected ground 10 with heat and electric energy, in which seedlings will be grown for subsequent planting on the plantation 3.
Information on the operation of control and power plants, on the operation parameters of the main product pipeline, on the quantity and grades of the selected fuel, and other information necessary for the efficient and safe pumping of fuel to consumers, via communication line 9 will go to the control system of the main pipeline.
At the same time, all operating expenses can be paid from the proceeds from the sale of agricultural products and rental housing in the administrative-residential building 4, the sale of part of the pumped fuel from the auxiliary pipeline 6, and the liquid fuel tanks 8, through a gas station 13, biogas from a biogas generator 15 and gas tank 16, organic fertilizers from the warehouse of organic fertilizers 18, water from the reservoir 17 and electricity for charging electric vehicle batteries traveling on the road 14, from lektrozaryadnoy station 12.

In case of problems with fuel pumping due to technical, natural and political reasons, filling the main pipeline with fuel can be carried out through an auxiliary pipeline from the stocks of farms located along the main pipeline and having the ability to produce biodiesel from oilseeds from rapeseed, sunflower and other , as well as from ethyl alcohol produced from plant materials in a known manner. The quality control of the injected fuel will be carried out using the control - power plants.
