United Russia and the political class of system ad

United Russia and the political class of system administrators. A politological note.

“MOSCOW, May 24. / TASS /. State Duma deputy Irina Guseva (United Russia) called fake a publication about rearrangements in the party and early elections to the lower house and intends to apply to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. This was announced on Sunday by Guseva to TASS. " [unofficial translation]

Well…

Without any noise and whistling, without any applications of deputies to any bodies, in the media there was an idea about formation of a political class of system administrators (a remote voting via the Internet, a formation of a wide variety of databases, etc.).

The meaning of this idea may be this.

When compiling protocols on the results of various kinds of voting, a political influence is concentrated in the election commissions. Election commissions, according to the current rules, are controlled by the ruling party.

Under the new conditions, political influence is redistributed from traditional political forces to a new emerging political class of system administrators.

So far, there was no bad information about the political class of system administrators.

In old times in Russia there were Westerners [supporters of Western orders and ways of development] and Slavophiles, nihilists and derzhimordies [people with ultra-conservative beliefs], Bazarovs, Rudins [wide-known social types (characters) from Russian literature] and so on ...

Now they are talking about a (young) effective managers, a patriots of the new formation (supporters of a kind of a strong state) ...

We have a habit to live in all conditions...
