Appeal to the US intellectual elite

APPEAL TO THE US INTELLECTUAL ELITE, UNITED STATES CONGRESS, THE CANDIDATES FOR US PRESIDENT

   Usually we with my colleagues on the Presidium of the World Intellectual Elite Union  appeal to the World with the New Year and Christmas messages but the events taking place now force us to accelerate this process. Since the age of 9 (for 63 years) I have been applying to international organizations and to the rulers of different countries in order to eliminate violations of social justice and rationality. Creating many public world organizations, mainly of an intellectual and human rights nature, we adhere to the principles of equal distance from all governments and active intervention in all events violating human rights, wherever they occur and whoever violates these rights, so we must frankly admit that we actively and deliberately interfere, of course, not in the electoral process but in the public and political life of the United States.
      Noting that the World Intellectual Elite Union and the Contenant system of academies and universities act on the rights of trade unions of intellectuals, emphasizing the particularly important contribution of the US intellectual elite to the global intellectual potential I consider that is necessary to reiterate the call to overcome the aspirations of the ruling groups to national egoism (that have grown in recent years), the ignoring international law. We have always called and never tired of calling for general disarmament, for the transfer of national nuclear and all strategic weapons under international control, for the reduction of armies, for the opening of borders, for the expansion of the United Nations Security Council with the renouncing by five powers their veto right.
     We announced the expediency of creating not an intergovernmental but a public institution of the United Nations. We still remain in politics on the basis of the ideology and philosophy of Pythagoreism and Platonism when both democracy and oligarchy (tyranny, dictatorship, despotism) are recognized as extremely undesirable defective extremes since the truth and awareness of justice do not come to the majority or a deliberately distinguished person but they come along a thorny path to a tireless working, thinking genius (in general, to an active intellectual aristocracy - only due to which humanity can be saved and can prosper).
The world intellectual aristocracy is extremely grateful to the United States for providing many prominent figures with political asylum or a second homeland, for funding fundamental research, for providing the world with new technologies, especially the Internet, etc. etc. Therefore, on the eve of the presidential elections, I appeal to the US ruling elite to forget inter-party conflicts, to oppose madness, ignorance, rudeness, disrespect with the highest principles of rationality, justice, evidentiary rules, conscientiousness, protection of rights, freedoms, honor, dignity and reputation of every person. I believe that the intellectual potential of the American nation has not been exhausted, and intellectual forces of the USA are able to contribute to changing the World for the better. I appeal to the US intellectual elite to make not only an intellectual, but also its political contribution to the salvation and survival of humanity.

ОБРАЩЕНИЕ К ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЙ ЭЛИТЕ, ЧЛЕНАМ КОНГРЕССА, КАНДИДАТАМ В ПРЕЗИДЕНТЫ США

Обычно я и мои коллеги по президиуму Всемирного союза интеллектуальной элиты обращаемся к миру с новогодними и рождественскими посланиями, но события, происходящие сейчас в мире, вынуждают ускорить этот процесс. Я с 9 лет (в течение 63 лет) обращаюсь  в международные организации и к правителям разных стран с целью устранить нарушения социальной справедливости и разумности. Создавая многие публичные всемирные организации, преимущественно интеллектуального и правозащитного характера, мы придерживаемся принципов равнодистанцированности от правительств и активного вмешательства во все нарушающие права человека события, где бы они ни происходили и кем бы эти права ни нарушались, так что должен откровенно признать, что настоящим мы активно и сознательно вмешиваемся, конечно, не в избирательный процесс, но в общественную и политическую жизнь США.
      Констатируя, что Всемирный союз интеллектуальной элиты и система академий и университетов Контенант действуют на правах профсоюзов деятелей интеллектуальной сферы, подчёркивая особо важный вклад интеллектуальной элиты США в мировой интеллектуальный потенциал, считаю необходимым повторно призвать к преодолению чрезвычайно выросших в последние годы устремлений правящих групп к национальному эгоизму, к игнорированию и принижению международного права. Мы всегда призывали и не устаём призывать к всеобщему разоружению, к передаче национальных ядерных и всех стратегических вооружений под международный контроль, к сокращению армий, к открытию границ, к расширению Совета Безопасности Организации Объединённых Наций с отказом пяти держав от права вето.
Мы объявили о целесообразности создания не межправительственного, а публичного института Объединённых Наций. Мы по-прежнему остаёмся в политике на почве идеологии и философии пифагореизма и платонизма, когда и демократия, и олигархия (тирания, диктатура, деспотия) признаются крайне нежелательными дефектными крайностями, поскольку истина и осознание справедливости не приходят к большинству или заведомо выделенной личности, а приходят тернистой тропой к неустанно трудящемуся, думающему гению (в целом, к активной интеллектуальной аристократии, только благодаря которой человечество может спастись и процветать).
Мировая интеллектуальная аристократия чрезвычайно благодарна США за предоставление многим выдающимся деятелям политического убежища или второй родины, за финансирование фундаментальных исследований, за предоставление миру новых технологий, особенно интернета и т.д. и т.п. Поэтому я обращаюсь накануне президентских выборов с призывом к правящей элите США забыть межпартийные конфликты, противопоставить безумию, невежеству, грубости, неуважительности высшие принципы разумности, справедливости, доказательственности, добросовестности, защиты прав, свобод, чести, достоинства и репутации каждой личности. Полагаю, что интеллектуальный потенциал американской нации не исчерпан и что интеллектуальные силы США в состоянии внести свой вклад в изменение мира к лучшему. Обращаюсь к интеллектуальной элите США с призывом внести не только интеллектуальный, но и свой политический вклад в дело спасения и выживания человечества.
