The butterfly effect and our three revolutions

The important thing is not that we made mistakes in the past, but our will  and power "to correct them" and revisit them in our souls and do not lose hope in present.
American scientists using a quantum computer have obtained evidence that the so-called Butterfly Effect does not work in a simulated quantum reality - that is in our reality.
Let us briefly recall that the Butterfly Effect is a well-known theory that, when traveling in the past,even a minor violation, a miscalculation - as, for example,the accidental death of a butterfly in the story of Ray Bradbury under the feet of one of the travelers in the past,in the era of the dinosaurs, led to astonishing things: when travelers returned back to the present,they found that the world had changed beyond recognition.
Its quite possible in the Newtonian world, according its laws - there are moments and situations taken place when the smallest step can lead to the most profound changes in the future.

But in the quantum world and reality, the Butterfly Effect does not exist - and mistakes in the past cannot affect the present and the future - it all depends on how a person perceives his past and what choices he makes in the present.

Let say simply,in relation to our history, all three of our deposed presidents promises to build a wonderful future for Kyrgyzstan at the beginning of their careers - for further simplicity, let's say, they all wanted to turn Kyrgyzstan into a second Switzerland, and this is exactly what the majority of Kyrgyzstan is wanted and supported them.
However, all of our presidents made the same mistake - at some stage of their rule - they rolled back reforms and democratization and were deeply involved in strengthening own power, enriching ourselves and stealing and corruption. As a result, after 30 years already, we cannot build prosperous society for majority but instead produced  ten or twenty  extremely richest families most of them run away abroad - into the same Switzerland 
 
So  modern scientists telling us now, it is important not to lose hope and correct mistakes of the past, and then the Butterfly Effect will not work, and we will eventually build a second Switzerland, when we understand well from the inside how such a system and society work and will copy it exactly.

The problem is that Switzerland and its state structure very similar to the work of a masterfully made Swiss watch, where all the parts are perfectly matched to each other with astonishing precision and perfectness.
 We too,citizens of Kyrgyzstan, must first of all learn about public administration and self-government mechanisms of the developed countries of the West and democracy - never losing hope to create a just and prosperous society - a second Switzerland, - and then it will definitely be realized. The laws of quantum physics say that a wonderful future always exists next to us, you just need to find it and release, activate it to life, and it's never too late to do this, mother nature corrects everything for us and protects everything in full safety, no matter how deeply we had been mistaken or illusioned in our past.
