Floral patterns like those embroidered on Qatari shawls are important elements of Qatar's heritage. Based on traditional Arabic art, these decorations reflect the richness of Middle Eastern culture. (Note of the author of the claim. Images of decorative elements are an integral part of the logo. They are presented as part of several elements of the emblem and are made in a symmetrical form of expression).
If the textual form of the expression did not indicate that these are decorative elements, but floral patterns, then I would not have any complaints.

Если бы в текстовой форме выражения не было указано, что это декоративные элементы, а цветочные узоры, то у меня претензий не было бы.
