Friends told Sena that somebody of the kids was riding a bicycle in the yard; and this bike broke down.

Senya immediately gathered his friends for a meeting.

A minute later Senya, through friends, summoned representatives of two conflicting apartments located in one entrance of a neighboring house in a neighboring yard for a conversation.

In addition to many other circumstances, the elevator does not work in this entrance.

Senya asked if the conflicting neighbors agreed with the possible repair of the elevator (at Senya's expense).

They are agree.

Senya immediately instructed his friends to start repairing the elevator.

Senya issued a means for repair - from the money raised from the stalls (mini-shops).

Now friends are not only rotating a pedals of velosimulators, but also busy with repairing the elevator.

Senya responds immediately to information of concern and takes an urgent action!
