When will the Kyrgyz people forgive our damned corrupt ex-presidents and their loved ones, assistants and extremely wealthy oligarchs?
Of course, when all Kyrgyzstanis feel well protected, living in comfort, security and prosperity - when Kyrgyzstan becomes an advanced state, not earlier.
And those of our damned insatiable rotten elite who are able to rethink and discard this shameful past and make a significant contribution to transformation, the sooner they will be forgiven.
And those who are against and remain in their delusion, their children and grandchildren can atone for their crimes, but the price of this sacrifice will be very high, so that our rotten insatiable elite of the first decades of our freedom and independence could be saved.
