Happiness
Worrying is the major cause of unhappiness.
Very little is needed to be happy; it is all in our way of thinking.
The quality of our thinking determines the quality of our life.
* Stay calm. Worrying is a waste of time and energy.
Life becomes much easier when we keep our mind at peace,
and focus on positive thoughts.
* Don’t worry what other people think;
few people use their brain anyway.
* The less we react to negativity, the better we feel
and the more successful we become.
* If we expect someone else to make us happy,
the chances are we will end up disappointed.
* Accept and embrace uncertainty.
When we try to control everything, we enjoy nothing.
* Appreciate the small things.
Small victories make us feel happy and make big days.
Happiness comes when we appreciate what we have,
rather than from wanting what we don’t need.
* To be happy, we are grateful for what we have.
Gently get yourself in a positive and productive state of mind every morning.
Count your blessings every morning and see some good in every situation.
* Our body has evolved to move. Go for a walk. Taking a walk establishes
better blood flow to our brain and triggers positive thoughts and emotions.
* We take care of our inner dialogue when we are alone
and choose our words carefully when we are with people.
Our words affect our emotions and state of mind.
Train yourself to put your mind in peace.
The words we say to ourselves also determine our future.
Gently eliminate negative self-talk;
we don’t want that to get recorded into our subconscious mind.
With our words, we can get ourselves in a productive state of mind.
We monitor our internal conversations or self-talk.
Talk to yourself in the same way you would to a valued friend.
As we sow, so we harvest, so plant some positive seeds
in your subconscious mind every day.
Happiness is a choice. Remain resilient.
We are responsible for our own happiness.
No one except ourselves is in charge of our happiness.
We take good care of our emotional state every day.
Share your happiness with your friends.
Do something nice for at least one person every day.
It will come back in unexpected ways.
