Recreate Yourself

We recreate ourselves every morning.
To stay happy we need to take good care of our health, mind and spirit every day.

1.  We need to take good care of our health so we can help our friends.
Your body is beautiful and it is a miraculous machine.

We evolved to move.
There are about 400 muscles and joints in my body, so in yours.
To stay fresh, we need to move each our muscle just a little bit every day.
We consist 80% of water. So, to remain fresh we need to keep moving every day.

Take a walk in the park. You will feel better and you will have more energy.
Going for a walk for 30 minutes a day is fun and it keeps the doctor away.
Start where you are today and move your feet just a little bit every day.
Expect that you will feel better and you will!


2.  What we think, we become.
Improvement in our life begins with improvement in our mind.
The words we say to ourselves manifest in our behavior every day.
The thoughts that we put in our head manifest in our life every day, and create our future.

To stay happy, we need to keep re-educating ourselves every day.
We need to keep updating our ‘mental software’ just a little bit every day.
Our goals dictate what we need to learn.
Read for about 30 minutes on a subject that interests you every day.
Reading trains our brain and it flexes our cortex.

Open your mind for new and productive ideas every day.
The faster we learn, the more we earn.
Learn something useful every day.


3.  Our spirit is like a muscle.

We need to keep working on our character every day.
It is too late to start developing a strong character once we find ourselves in a difficult situation.
We need to work on our character in advance.
We need to work on our character every day.

Let me tell you something.
Some people have this one little annoying thought that drains their energy.
Rubbish thoughts drain people’s energy.

We need to reestablish our inner peace and order every day.
Empty and free your mind from rubbish thoughts and old dogma every day.
Erase the mental trash from yesterday from your mind every day.
It is a new day, so keep your mind clean.

We do our best with what we have.
So, we refocus from what we don’t have and don’t need to what we have and value.
When we appreciate the luck that we have had so far, we attract more luck into our life.

Sometimes we don’t receive our vision for our perfect day in the morning.
Then we create our vision for our perfect day every day.
Have a one-page plan for your day written down in advance every day.

How can we accomplish our goals?
We carry out one little task at a time.
Where our focus goes energy flows.
So, value and protect your attention. Don’t waste it and stay focused on your goals every day.
Take one step at a time and focus like a laser on your next step every day.
Expect your life to get better and it will!

Spend more time with positive people.
Look for synergy and develop synergy every day.

To sum up, take good care of your health, mind and spirit every day.
Take a small and steady step toward your goal every day.
