Meditation
Many people are connected through their gadgets, but are disconnected from his or her own soul.
We are bombarded by negative information every day.
Noise of media causes erratic thoughts and distracts us from our important internal signals.
Erratic thoughts cause brain fog and waste our energy.
Our mind clutter prevents us from hearing our body and soul.
We don’t realize how much stress we are under until we take a break.
We need to take brief breaks to see the new patterns and readjust our plans.
Our mind is like water.
When it is turbulent, it is hard to see, but when it is calm, everything becomes clear.
Silence isn’t empty; it is full of answers. The quieter we become, the more we can hear.
Silence has healing power. Silence is healthier than unnecessary drama.
A bit of silence empowers us to hear wisdom of our souls and find solutions to our tasks.
Recognize and accept the constant cycles of creation and fading out, including our emotions. So, softly ask your heart to feel peace.
Emotions are temporary. Feelings are just visitors; so let them come and go.
A peaceful mind usually interprets the situation better, than a worked-up mind.
When our nervous system calms down, there are less erratic signals, and our nervous system gets into more efficient and creative mode.
Observe the flow of your thoughts. Observing our own thought is the best movie.
We can interfere in our chain of thoughts and correct the flow.
When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves us.
The human mind produces questions and our intuition normally gives us the answers.
The Universe is constantly sending us signals to show us what we need to do and in which direction we should go.
People often ignore the signals that their intuition is sending to them.
We should listen to our inner voice when it whispers in our head, so life doesn’t have to hit us on the head to make a point.
We need to take good care of our emotional state every day.
We need to regularly sort out the chaotic content of our mind.
We need to regularly bring our mind back to order, because it tends to get chaotic.
Spend 10-15 minutes every day to get rid of some mental clutter and brain fog, and refocus.
Train your mind to stay calm in every situation.
