THE LAW OF FORWARDING UP UNSOLVED TASKS AND PROBLEMS


From the book, we learn that the governing authorities lower the goals and tasks necessary for development to all Levels of the Hierarchy, to all worlds, including the Earth, to our dimension to humanity for the performance of planned actions. Certain deadlines for the execution of tasks are assigned, but if they are not fulfilled, then the Top is informed in advance about the difficulties that have arisen. This process takes place in advance, before the onset of irreversible consequences, so that it is possible to take the necessary measures. The signal from the earthly to the subtle plane goes to the governing authorities of mankind, bypassing the figurative form, - through a digital expression, transforming into energy. From top to bottom, information passes through a digital-code form, then through images that the human brain perceives to the level of its understanding.


"Such a transformation of tasks is due to the fact that a person is able to understand information only in a figurative form. The Higher have no figurative thinking. They have impulse, digital, light, energy thinking (inaccessible to human understanding). Therefore, the signal coming from Below passes several a different transformation than that sent from above to a person" (L.A. Seklitova. L.L. Strelnikova. This law also states that in order to solve any goal lowered from Above, there is the necessary energy base below, the presence of which is the reason for the formation of this particular goal, but if the required result is not obtained, and the signal is sent back up, then the base-energy base remains used. "... in the near future, a new goal is planned from Above and descends in the form of a program installation, where the passage of those situations in which the looping occurred, but with some addition in playing out the situation and using the former energy base, comes to the fore" [1 ].


From the book "The Laws of the Universe or the Foundations of the Existence of the Divine Hierarchy" we learn that the fulfillment of the program is obligatory and a person should not ask God to facilitate it, because the individual himself must learn to solve his problems and recruit into the matrix of the Soul the necessary energies that are planned for him by the Higher. If the individual does not fulfill the given situations, they will be repeated until the desired result is obtained. There is a reciprocal relationship in this law, because the fulfillment of the tasks of the Upper Plan depends on the fulfillment of them by the Lower Plan, and vice versa, by which the improvement of the general Essence of the Hierarchy is achieved. It is difficult for people who doubt the existence of at least the Higher Forces, especially God, to understand this mechanism by which all the worlds in the Hierarchy and each particular program are controlled. This law shows the presence of Higher governing bodies that control the actual moments of our life and the progression of Essences located on other Levels. Higher bodies are divided into earthly, level and general hierarchical. Obligatory programs are omitted by the general hierarchical bodies, and the Level instances distribute the goals and tasks at their Level among the worlds and omit the general settings further to the lower plans. Earthly Management is located in subtle structures and consists of high Essences, which deal only with the earthly plane and redirect unresolved tasks upwards.

In the Hierarchy there are paramount main tasks that do not have the right to choose, because they must be performed only in a certain way, since all other programs that are lowered to the lower Levels (executive environment) fit together. Control, in the absence of a choice, is carried out by a negative System, because in any Higher Controlling Instance there are both positive and negative Systems responsible for the coordinated functioning of the system for a common goal. The Essences of the lower Levels have a greater right to choose in the execution of the law, and the Higher Essences do not need this freedom, because they have a high Level of consciousness and they perform their task based on the need to solve the set goal. The choice of situations at the Highest Levels is present to a small extent. There is an "executive process" in their programs, resulting in a chain of constant executive actions based on a high awareness factor.


In her spiritual quest, faced with evil, she always asked herself the question - why does it exist. Now, having studied a number of laws of the Universe, it is clear: in order for any system to function, different qualities of energies are needed, which will make it up and, the greater the range of these energies (up to the opposite ones), the more energy potential the system will accumulate and will develop faster. In this example, the negative System has worked out a process control mechanism where there is no choice, so it is entrusted to monitor the implementation of the law when it concerns the main goals. If this process is entrusted to a positive system, then the integrity of the structure may be violated due to the fuzzy execution of the tasks set.))) There is something to think about.

Now a very important quote: "Positive Control Systems belong to the executive law-forming bodies and are under the control of the negative System due to the fact that they (negative Systems) are engaged in calculations and drawing up all programs. This applies to the entire Universe, and not just the earthly plan. of the Hierarchy of God itself, the positive Control Systems, as executive, are under the Control of the positive Higher Instance, and in the Hierarchy of the Devil, the negative Control Systems, as executive, are under the control of the Devil himself" [1]. Another important function of the negative system is programming. As we learned earlier, all of them are compiled by mathematical calculation and serve the purposes of the development of the Hierarchy of the Absolute, which includes both the pyramid of God and the pyramid of the Devil.
From the book we are studying, we also learn that the law is the main transformative driving force for the fulfillment of the goals of the Absolute in the Hierarchy. Thanks to these processes, development proceeds according to a given program and the necessary high-quality energies are accumulated in the general Volume. By following the program, the Highest Essence of the Hierarchy reaches its true structure, because it accumulates the necessary qualitative indicators. Additional programs with greater electivity take longer to achieve the goal, but at the same time, high spiritual quality indicators are accumulated. This law is the regulator of malfunctions and disturbances in the structure of the Hierarchy. "...the balance of energies that needs to be developed for a given volume from a specific situation is always produced, and there are no deviations that change the fundamental basis of the constructions and the quality of the general Volume" [1].
