The House

Hi, my name is Mary and I would like to tell you the story about a girl. The girl’s name Susan. She is about fifteen years old. She had a nice pretty face, long dark hair and big bleu eyes. She wasn’t very tall, may be, she had a middle high. She always wear a very beautiful dresses. Her dresses were always different, but very tight. Susan was a slim girl. She was a school girl. She studied in a big school near the house where lived all Susan’s family. The girl had a mother, father and they have a small Kitty.  Kitty is the pet of their family.  Like the other girls, Susan had a friend from her class. Her friend’s name is Dean. Who lived near Susan. Susan and Dean went to the cinema and in the park very often. They spent a lot of time together. But Susan was a good girl. She always helped her mother about the house. She liked do her homework by herself. The girl read a lot of books. And she liked that.  Her flat was on the fifth floor and it had three rooms. As I told you before, the girl had a three room flat. There were a parents’ room, her room, the living room and the kitchen. The bathroom and the toilet were separated. Susan’s room was very cosy room. There were a nice bed, a table with a chair near it, a bookshelf (which was always fool of books), a little cosy armchair with a pillow on it and a wardrobe (which full of her dress and another stuff). The room was full of light.  The girl lived in a big city called New Haven. There were a lot of people in it. New Haven had a Opera House, three or four factories. There were a hospitals, schools, shops and a very large City Mall. There were two large gardens in this city (which fool of trees, children and play-yards). And, of cause, New Haven had a lot of cars. The streets of the city were full of them. New Haven had a big Library and three Universities. 
The story begins in one day of May. There was a nice day and the girl was coming back from school. As always, she was talking on the phone with her Mum. Suddenly she felt a cold wind, which flew from the left side of the girl. Susan stopped and turn left her head. She saw a dark house.
               -  Mum, I called you back! – She said and turned off the phone. “Strange, there wasn’t this house here yesterday”- Thought the girl. “And, it’s very cold near it”. “How strange!” – Thought she and Susan wonted so much to go there and find out, what is it, but some invisible hand was stopped her to do that. Some minutes ago Susan decided to go home. But she promised herself, if that strange house would be here tomorrow, she will coming in it and find out all.    Another part of this day she thought about the strange house almost all time. Susan did her homework and helped her mother. In the evening, after having a shower, she came into the parent’s room and asked her mother.
               -  Mum, I saw today a strange dark house near our house. It was very cold and scary to look at it. – Said she. – Do you know it? – She asked her Mum.
               -  No, I don’t. And I never saw it before. – Her Mum answered.
               -  So, do I. – Susan agreed with her.
                -  And I want that you never go in that house, sweety!  - Said Mum with a worried voice. – You must to promise me, you won’t do that!
              -  I won’t. I promise. – Said the girl, but in her mind she really want to do it. – Good night. – Sais Susan and kissed her mother.
              -   Good night, sweety!
In the morning Susan was really sure, that she will come in into this house. She asked her friend to come with her. But she decided don’t tell her mother about it. She really wants to know about. The school day was as the other school days. There was a study, a having fun time too. Susan liked to study. And she liked to have fun in it’s dining room. There were a lot of interesting. Susan asked Dean to come with her. And he agreed. After school classes, they met at the library. First, they kissed to each other and then, they began doing their homework. It took not so much time. Susan and Dean went out from the library and went to that strange house near the Susan’s house. They walked together on the street and felt that cold wind which was yesterday.  Susan stopped and turned her head. She saw a dark strange house. The purpose of their journey. They looked at it and decided to go into. When they came closer, they felt cold breath. The house was dark and scary. The grass beside it was dry. Our heroes were afraid.   
Susan came to the door of this house and knocked. The door opened itself. She came in slowly. Then, Dean came in. They stood and watched around. There are no furniture in it. It was so dusty and dark.
- Hello! Is anybody at home? – Asked Susan. There are no answer on it.
- That’s really strange place! – Said Dean.
- Come on. Let’s see what is on the other floors. – Said the girl and went up the stairs.
Susan and Dean looked at each floor of this place. But they saw only dust, dark and terrible smell.   No furniture, no people. But they saw some strange things. There were mirrors on each floor. At the end of each hall there was one very big mirror. The mirror has no frame and it was very clean.
- That’s strange! All the house is dirty, but it’s very clean. – Said Susan. – Come on, Dean, let’s go out from here. This place scared me. – Said Susan to her boyfriend. But Dean couldn’t hear her. He is staring for someone.
- Look Susan! -  He said.   
Susan saw a little girl who stood in front of them. She was look like a girl from the 19th century. She was a pretty, about five years old. Her face was very pale. She had a white dress. The girl stood and looked on them. She was calm and scary.  Susan and Dean felt some cold from her.
- Who are you? And what is this place? – Susan asked the girl. But there is no answer.
- Who are you? And what is this place?  - Dean asked her. But still there is no answer. Suddenly the girl’s face became terrible, then she screamed and disappeared.
- Strange, really strange.-  Said Dean and added – Let’s go out from here.
- I agree with you. – Replied Susan.
They started to go out from this place. When they were on the second floor, suddenly they saw a man. He  was along.  His face was calm and very pale. His clothes looked like when he was from the 19th century, like that girl. He stood and watched on our heroes.
- Hey! Who are you?  - Asked Susan to this strange man. He looked at her in sorrow, then one of his arm turned forward and pointed on a mirror. – What? I can’t understand you! – Said the girl with a surprise. Strange man, like that girl, screamed and disappeared.
- Look!  Something happening on the mirror! – Said Dean. And really there became a title on the mirror. First, the mirror fogged up and then, somebody invisible wrote a title. It was one word – THE PLAGUE! Our heroes looked the title for a minute and Susan said after that.
- I understood. There was a plague in this house and everybody died who lived here! – She said, with some sadness in her voice. – Dean, let’s get out from here.- She said and turned to the boy. But there nobody wasn’t. Dean was disappeared too. The mirror was clean and no title wasn’t there. – Dean! Where are you?! – The girl was really scared.
Her face became pale. She was shaking. She didn’t know what to do. Susan stood with this feelings for some minutes. Then she did a very deep inhale and exhale.
- There is some explanation on this situation. – She said. Susan turned her face and looked on the mirror with attention.
- What was happening in here?! And where is Dean? – With these questions, she looked on her face.
           Suddenly she felt a strong cold and the mirror was covered with frost. Susan was scared again. And she felt so many gazes. She felt that somebody staring on her. She turned around and saw …
There were to many people standing here and staring on her. They all looked like a ghosts. They all were very pale, thin. Their clothes looked like from 19th century. And their bodies, was full of ulcers. Suddenly Susan saw that girl and that man whom they saw last time.
- The Plague was took us a long time ago. – Said the girl with ghostly voice. – We all lived here in this house. I’m Ann and this is my father, John. – She showed on that man, who became second.
- That’s a pity! I’m very very sorry to hear that. – Said Susan to the girl. – Could you, Ann, tell me, where is my boyfriend Dean?
- Yes. There! – Answered Ann and all ghosts showed their fingers on the mirror.
- Here?! – Said Susan with a surprise. Suddenly she heard that somebody was scratching behind her. She turned around and saw. There was a scared Dean behind the mirror. He was hitting his hands on the glass. He was screaming, but nobody wasn’t heard him.
- Let him out from it! – Said Susan to all the ghosts. - Let him out from it! Please! – She said with a kind.
- We can’t! – Said they. – Nobody can’t. It took him forever. – They looked at the girl with sad.
- Who is It? What is It wants from Dean? – Asked Susan.
- Some strong Substance. It takes souls. It took our souls and now It took Dean. We really sorry! We all very sad about you! – Said Ann. – You could do nothing. It’s the Prize for the Substance. And if you don’t go out from here, It will take and your soul too. We all, sorry about you and your boyfriend. Go out! Go out from here, quickly! – Said the girl with a scared voice.
- I’m not going without Dean! – Said Susan.
- Then, you will die! – Replied all ghosts. – Go out! Go out from here! – They added with perseverance.
  Susan looked at Dean, who was behind a mirror, kissed him with  sadness. Suddenly became a frost on the mirror and she saw how Dean was writing a title. The title called “ Save yourself! ”. “I love you!”. Susan was starting crying after that. She was crying and kissing the mirror.
- Goodbye, my loving Dean! Goodbye. I will always remember you and I would thinking about you, my love! – She said with a great sadness.
- Come on, come on, you must leave! – Cried the ghosts.
Susan looked on her boyfriend for last time and turned around. She started to go out from this terrible place. But there was something strange thing started. The darkness enveloped the house and all ghosts were disappeared. Susan tried ran away. She walked down the stairs. She prayed all the time. She wanted to go out from this terrible place. The darkness came more and more. The air of the house became more colder. But Susan, don’t mention it. She ran to the front door and wanted to open it and came out. When she came to the door, she tried to open it, but it struck very hard.
- Please GOD, help me! – She cried.
Then the girl took out her cross which was on her neck and touched the door. Suddenly it began to light. The light became stronger and then, the door was opening. The house was a little bit shaking. The darkness was go away. Susan ran outside. And then, she turned around. The house was full of darkness. The voices crying so hard. The ground under the house was trembling. The air was cold too. Susan decided to step a side from it and watched what would be happening next. But there is nothing to be happening next. The house is disappear.
After that, Susan felt yourself very tired and very sad. She remembed her Dean and tears were dropping to her face. She cried. She wanted go back for all of this, but she couldn’t do this. She wanted to go out from this terrible place. And forget about this. But she will never forget her boyfriend, Dean. She returned home with a big sadness. It was late evening. Her mother and father were starting worried about her.
- Dean had gone! – She said and started crying.
- What! – Asked her parents.
- Dean had gone. And I’m really tired. May I go to bed? – Asked she and went to her room.
- You may, darling. – Said her father.
In her room, there was a small mirror on the table. When she came to her room, she sat on her bed and watched on the mirror. And she suddenly saw a little title on it. The title was “I love you!” Susan smiled and laid on the bed.
- I love you too, Dean! – She said to herself and she went to sleep.
