Acquiring peace of mind preserves us from overspending our energy.

Ironically, becoming more productive often starts with taking a break.
Worrying wastes a lot of our energy.
Down-regulate your extreme emotions like worrying and stress.
Extreme emotions hijack our thinking.
Experiencing extreme emotions often leads to making mistakes and wasting of our energy.
Life is full of traps, but with experience we learn to go around them most of the time.
Figure out the sources of your stress and then maneuver or surf among them.
Distance yourself from toxic people and energy vampires.
Stay away from emotional garbage. Don’t internalize emotional garbage, ignore it.
Arguing wastes a lot of our energy. Don’t allow yourself to get involved in an argument,
because it backfires. “Win in an argument - lose a partner.”

Get sufficient sleep every night.

Our energy is generated through flow and circulation of fluids in our body.
To generate enough energy we need to learn how to guide the flow of fluids in our body.
Invest some of your time and energy in your capacity to generate more energy the next week.
Sometimes we need to unplug 100% and give our body and mind a little break to recover and recharge.
Train your body to generate more energy natural way,
not by using harmful artificial stimulators.
We tend to forget our wise principles in the morning, then our old habits take over and we allow other people to exploit and suck out our time and energy. We need to remind ourselves these rules every morning.
