What would you consider to be the most profound experiences in your life? For me they would probably be sitting with others by a fire. Friends or strangers, at someone's garden or in the nature. The conversations, the songs, the stories, the thoughts and feelings ... How do I bring more of this back into my life?
I am enjoying "My Life at the Limit" by Reinhold Messner and thinking about external and internal meaning of life. One does not necessarily need to publish, sell or share bits of themselves for one's life to be meaningful and happy. You can just go into the wildness and find yourself, your meaning. Yet if you crave sitting around campfire, you will need people, and that makes the arrangements far more difficult ...
