Это безопасно, с антеннами на крыше вот так?

Гуляю я тут, значит, в Саннтоне-на-Ашфилде,
Мансфилд Роуд, себе,

точнее, в магазин за яблоками пошла.


Смотрю:  что такое?



С другой стороны улицы
дома  288, 286, 284
Мансфилд Роуд

И крыша такая красивая:
солнечные батареи уложены.

А вот антенна  там штырёк один палочка торчит,
и  две антенны лежат на крыше,
не понять, к какому номеру дома относятся,
288 или 286.

А с той стороны улицы городской тротуар дорога:
мамы с колясочками и детьми идут в школу
рано утром и вечером назад домой.


Гуляют также и другие горожане.

И вот смотрю-смотрю,
а я человек не технический,
понять:

это безопасно или нет?

Выглядит так,

1. Штырь антенны как срезан чем то летающим,
но, если металл: молниевод-громоотвод-собиратель молний
на солнечные батареи? Торчит выше крышы.
Если заземлён:  громоотвод .
Если нет?
Собиратель громо и молний?
Куда? на солнечные батереи?
Если нет? Если просто антенна срезана?
Молния попадёт и кранты?
Но понять уровень степень безопасности может только человек технический специалист в электроприборах.
А я человек не технический понять: то бы "несчастный случай" "чтото летело и срезало" антенны с крыши и часть упали и лежат (свалятся??? с крыши вниз??)


2.  Две антенны со сотороны выглядели лежащими вертикально
незакреплённо, а "болтающимися на шнурах".
Так или не так, не могу сказать, выглядели будто упали с крепежа и лежали на крыше
"на соплях провода, которых обмотан вокруг чего0то там (трубы? непонятно).

Если посмотреть все все дома кругом и антенны такого типа закреплены
крепко.

Т.е. вопрос безопасности таки стоит.


Безопасна ли та конструкция антенн на крыше?

Как если колапснется вниз на тротуар где пешеходы и мамы с детьми с колясками ой что будет?


Ну, что я могу сделать?
Подойти к дверям не решилась.

Подойдёшь и на голову с крыши вдруг?

Потому и не смогла.


Позвонила в полицию, рассказала.

Вот и всё что смогла сделать.

По сути, эти все городские здания в городе
должны власти города организовать инспекцию,
что тут безопасно жить, ходить, пребывать.

Мэрия должна делать. У них и специалисты лучше,
обучались.

Или вот так:  нечто такое на крыше как бы висит на проводе ,
может свалится или нет?

Я понимаю: в космосе где нет силы притяжения, всё висит тут и там. Но на планете Земля есть сила притяжения, предметы под силой тяжести падают вниз (порой на кого-то).  Почему одних космонавтов астронавтов с невесомости без опыта работы в условиях реального (не компьютерного) силы притяжения нанимают на работу в Саттоне-на-Ашфилд ремонтировать наши дома кругом???  Лпндлорд Landlord, land - земля но to land landing посадка приземление. А при посадке висящие в невесомости без силы тяжести полетят заимев силу тяжести, да и масса и инерция кто как куда?

Безопасностно ли приземляться? как в невесомости при долговременной работе, в силах экономии времени и персонала и труда и запчастей, часть всего поведёт непредсказуемо при посадке и нагрузке приземления и ускорения?

Космические станции и корабли и тут и там что-то незакреплено, висит в невесомости.
А при посадке с силой тяжести, это ой что будет, как нагрузки пойдут прямо на всё?
