Cognitive dissonance actions propaganda
In psychic warfare, time works in favor of propaganda. But not just the time, but the number of acts of action: muzzling, codes, injections...
The main thing that breaks attitudes, values, beliefs, morality is not suggestion or persuasion, not propaganda or science. The main thing, the final thing, is what breaks a person, or strengthens any knowledge. Naturally, any theory is fixed by practice. That is, by action. The action breaks the person completely. If a person does not agree with something, he does not have a state of cognitive dissonance. There is a state of public social resistance. But if you force a person to perform any ritual action, then the conflict from the field of society passes into the field of the psyche. Internalized. There is a cognitive dissonance on the one hand it is: past beliefs, desires, expressions of will, values, and on the other hand it is a real reality: submission and activity through each act of performing ritual actions. The dissonance that has arisen (discordance within the Self of the personality image) causes discomfort, any dissonance strives for consistency. Question: How to resolve the conflict arises inevitably. There are two ways here. The first way is this: Past attitudes are muted, justifications for their actions are found, new attitudes are formed, a person begins to defend and justify his actions in all ways. Here the motive of preserving the most attractive "I" image in one's eyes dominates. Such a person usually belongs to the middle stage of personality development (according to Piaget) That is, it accepts attitudes from outside, is not capable of producing and creating its own moral beliefs without coordination with the generally established ones. What to expect from such a person? Aggression and attacks on the personality of someone who is trying to encroach on violations of the sonnance of consciousness. Attempts to influence worldviews, informing are perceived by such personalities as attacks directly on the personality and the "I am the image" of the personality itself. What to do? You can't break through the wall with some kind of story. Here, long-term work of therapy is needed to create a solid personality with an "I image" independent of dissonant states. Or small puzzles for the mind, very small, so as not to cause defensive aggression. And of course benevolence, relentlessly repeating "I respect your personality and do not encroach on it"
, such people are powerless to counteract propaganda, it is simply impossible to out-shout the impact of propaganda quantitatively.
A person who commits senseless ritual actions every day usually begins to justify these actions, especially if they are actions with manipulations over health. Usually a person chooses this way: "I would rather accept what was imposed on me than admit that I am a helpless slave and a fool who does meaningless things"
For example, someone buys some kind of thing-a detail that turns out to be useless-out of proportion. A person (the majority) will never admit that he made a mistake. "It's for a gift"
As for mistakes with the profession, for example. Then perhaps few people recognize them either. Critical thinking is not developed for everyone, but self-critical only for those who have reached the third stage of personality development (able to generate morality (not to absorb anti-morality from idols! Namely to generate morality) But the path of self-flagellation also does not lead anywhere, after deepening dissonance, excessive stress, some apathy, unprepared individuals still accept the imposed, and begin to justify their actions, revealing their "I" image. Only fully formed and "passionate" personalities, individuals with the makings or developed can choose another way out of a dissonant situation. Such people do not judge the situation by its disguise, they always look at the essence of the words, and not at the face of the speaker. This way out of dissonance is more difficult. But only he leads to the truth. Out of dissonance come out like this: They untie their personality from society, their "I" image from imposed actions. It would seem that it is difficult to understand that the imposed actions are not your actions. But no, through imposed actions, new settings are set. People, those who keep their image in cognitive dissonance, come out of it with an attitude to social struggle, They internalize what is happening and give an adequate response to coercion. But the path of truth, struggle, disagreement is the path of the strong, not many are able to post their "I" image outside of the trends and fashion imposed in society. More than half of people never reach the level of personal development that would contribute to changing society. Usually a person fully agrees with the activity and opradyvaet their actions. Most people are conformists, they always take the side of the strong, they always accept anti-morality and attitudes from outside, they do not create their own. The path of the weak. Without proper development, education.... it is not possible to change the mechanisms of working out dissonances. So far, they are talking about 2% of those who understand, but this could hypothetically change. Most people in cognitive dissonance express aggression to those who carry other information and knowledge. It is impossible to explain something to them right away - it will be perceived as an attack on a person, in response to your knowledge you will receive a powerful blow to your own personality (and mood) Sounds scary, like about a computer or an animal, but alas... They can be given something only in small portions, something for the development of critical thinking, something that separates the person from the information... Quite a bit, so as not to fall under the withering protection of the calmness of the cognitive sonnance, the "I" of the image. It will not be possible to shout over the propaganda. Such people perceive propaganda as part of their "I". Attacking propaganda, you attack them (they think so) Any cognitive dissonances hurt them, the threat comes from you... So this is a very difficult problem. One thing is for sure, bumping into a wall of protection is useless, it will only cause reverse defensive reactions, aggression towards you and information. You don't have to run into a wall. We must act very carefully. Perhaps not as with the mentally ill, but at least as with psychologically ill people. Everything would be easier if we had a progressive system and people would be taught to get out of dissonance, psychological protection, and form a developed personality (3 levels). But the truth is that the regime needs the sick, the sick are the foundation for this regime, and therefore it is difficult to shout propaganda.
People have a war in their head, for which they are not ready at all!
