Investigation and Princess Diana

I had a dream. It was a day in a British Crown office. I was an expert with my own objectives and authority over some issues related to subordinate workers. I asked one young employee to deal with several current matters involving a particular client. However, this client was also a target customer for another manager in our office. She (Nastiya/Katia/Sasha — your choice) was also part of our team, but she had only her own commercial tasks and her own circle of interests, and I did not want to involve her in any details of my strategic investigation. Moreover, my intentions regarding this customer were clear only to me.
I recommended the following approach to the subordinate boy:
“You should encourage her curiosity about this person, but without revealing any of our details. Just mention something in a general context, without any hints that he could be interesting for our department. Organize a kind of gentle brainwashing, but without disturbing her peace of mind.”
At that moment, Princess Diana left her room near the place where we were talking and appeared in her golden robe and pajama pants. She had heard everything I said and asked me in English:
“Unfortunately, I have just heard some unpleasant phrases about one of our specialists. Why do you want to pressure her (Nastiya/Katia/Sasha — your choice)? She is a very purposeful specialist in our structure, and I do not want you to manipulate her.”
I was discouraged by the sudden appearance of the princess and by her entering the conversation about my internal recommendations to a subordinate. I was also confused because I had to quickly figure out how to answer Her Highness in English, very politely, while explaining that this was only professional jargon and that it would not be dangerous for that manager (Nastiya/Katia/Sasha — your choice).
