Toward the Moon. A letter from the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation (Moscow). A diary note.


Earlier, I wrote that I received a letter number 23-16/3267@ dated December 23, 2021 (prepared by the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Rostov Oblast - on behalf of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation).

It  was the answer to my application dated November 30, 2021 (to the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation - Moscow).

After reading this letter 23-16/3267@ dated December 23, 2021, I drew up a draft of my application to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (as to a superior organization). So far, I'm thinking about this draft.

Today, unexpectedly for me, I received by e-mail a letter  dated December 24, 2021, number БС-3-21/8547@.

In this letter, the Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation informs Zalessky, that  clarifications to Zalessky were sent in the letter of the the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Rostov Oblast number 23-16/3267@ dated December 23, 2021.

What can I say about this?

In any case, the central office of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation has the information about the current situation.

Anyway, a simple taxpayer Zalessky tries to maintain faith in the effective actions of the state to protect state tax interests.

And psychology, brought up in Russia, makes itself felt: I would like - according the words of famous Russian poet Nikolai Nekrasov - to be among those who sing "O'key-good".
