This process is certainly influenced not only by the quality of the individual's thinking, but also by a number of factors, which we will talk about later.

The development of the qualitative basis of Time is influenced by the processes of progression of the forms of the plane of Being to which it belongs, since, as they improve, the processes and forms will require a new time relationship. In order for the given Time to work at a given Level, all forms, processes and states of the Level are clothed in its structural form, while each progressive potential will develop at its own pace and purpose. The potential of the Essence of Time establishes the sequence of the flow of processes depending on the cause-and-effect relationships for the Essences of a given Level, which, in turn, obey the planned dependencies established by the Time" [2].
Combining the knowledge given to us by different Teachers (A.P. Naumkin, L.A. Seklitova/L.L. Strelnikova), we do not see any contradictions, but only observe the connection of parts of the Truth of this Level of Hierarchy. Thus, Time is a progressive Essence, which also has its own potential power and development program. Its improvement is due to the progression of those volumes that are in its structure. All together Essences (both embodied in physical bodies and participating in the processes of this world on different planes of this Level) form a single information field, "is the effect of the substance Time, that is, the effect of the internal space of Matter or the hologram of the Past" [1].
