We are a million

In Vladivostok, from the end of the 19th century until the thirties of the 20th century, there was a cereal district called Millionka.  It was a criminal area where people of different nationalities lived side by side.  Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, and also Russians lived here.  The Russian police very rarely looked into this quarter.

 We are a million

 On Millionka, you will not find visible traces,

 There is the blood of freedom

 And the laws

 Not powerful

 City above you!

 Millionka is a city within a city!
