Rules for sending a hoard-card postcard

TITLE: Several at once from ONE or the prize for #severalpostcards.

PURPOSE: To send several (in reasonable aisles from 3 to 33) paper postcards to unknown Russian-speaking recipients at once and to please the recipients in advance with an e-mail with explanations. For active participation in the contest "several postcards at once from TA", the main prize will not be awarded to everyone yet. An explanation of the rules, a random fan of the "post marathon" with the possibility of receiving a bonus postcard with gratitude for participation, hard work and all this quite deserves a separate branch on the forum and end-to-end numbering (hashtag - # or barcode - QR) to search for the implementation of the idea in social mobile networks.

rules:
1. Pull several addresses on http://postcross.ru
2. Contact the addressees, observing the rules of the club.
3. Paste a control QR code, cut into parts, additional to the main code digits (for example - qrcoder.ru )
4. Choose an additional prize and the way it is awarded and the composition, etc. everything is discussed in three mandatory stages on the forum (on the same forum branch, where the QR code is sent) or by personal messages.
4.1 Preparatory part. The chain link leader should comment on how he understands each point of the rules, in the sense of implementing the ideas of mailing parts of the QR code in detail.
4.2 The starting stage. Show the result of preparation in the form of photos. It is also a mandatory reasonable condition to specify all official PC addresses, even those who categorically refuse to actively participate in the chain (round dance) and unambiguously understand the listed points of the rules.
4.3 The final part. The moderator processes all correspondence, both electronic and paper, to prepare an article or just a text about the complete completion of the chain link. Preferably with publications on social networks and sites related to mail, blogs, forums.
5. When a postcard with a part of the QR code arrives to the addressee, he puts a photo of his part where he is asked. See clause 4.1. The sender-presenter of the QR code parts collects these parts together, creating a complete image with the help of special programs and places the finished one in an accessible and agreed place between the participants. 6. The one who first received one of the parts of the QR code gets the right to send the following postcards. If someone wants to start a new similar chain, then this is only welcome. After all, the rules do not prohibit the simultaneous passage of chain links.
7. The interpretation of the above rules is mandatory if it does not violate the rules of postcross.ru, which in turn must comply with the laws of the countries of residence of the Russian-speaking addressees. The compiler of these rules, including everyone who is recognized as the leader of the link (who has fully, clearly and completely fulfilled paragraph 4) reserves the right to make additional points as the chain develops itself in order to improve it or protect it from trolling, spam, personal and public civil integrity.
