  Lilith no longer had the power to control her dreams.  At that moment, everything happened.
 Opening her eyes once again, Lilith discovered that she was no longer in her room.  In the dream, the woman again stood near the section of the destroyed Chinese wall.  Her head was spinning, because the blood from the wounded arm was already flowing without ceasing.  Looking into the face of the one whom she tried to wash with her blood, Lilith, or the woman in whose body Lilith was now, slowly leaned over and kissed the man on the dead lips.
 Fan Qiliang and Meng Jiang Nu finally met again.  Meng Jiang Nu was distraught.  She kissed her husband, then began to talk about the events that happened after the soldiers took Fan Qiliang away with them.  Then she began to scold her husband and persuade him to get up.
 Convinced that her husband did not want to answer for some reason, Meng Jiang Nu tried to lift her beloved's body and put on winter clothes.  It was hard work.
 At some point, Lilith tried to escape from the body of a Chinese woman; she did not understand how the poor woman was still holding on.  She, Lali, was completely clear about the situation, but it cannot be said that she reacted calmly to what was happening.  Meng Jiang Nu saw Fan Qiliang in front of her, and Lilith saw Andy.  Her precious Andy's dead face was calm and peaceful.  Drops of Lilith's blood sparkled on Andy's eyelashes like precious stones in the rays of the setting sun.
 Lilith tried to break out of her dream, but for some reason Meng Jiang Nu needed her.  The Chinese woman was aware that the soul of another woman was now in her body.  Lilith fought and tried to escape from captivity, but the Chinese woman pushed Lilith to the periphery of consciousness with one movement.
