Not only to dream, but to live!

She tried not to look in the mirror...

The bluish-gray color of her skin and lips, frightened her!

Do not run, do not jump, do not get in the rain, do not sit long in the sun, do not stand in a draft - you will get sick!

Amazingly, prohibitions were processed in her mind, turned into fantasies, desires, and then dreams!

 At night, under the sound of the rain, dreams came to her...

Looking in the mirror she wondered... Was it really her?

And she admired her beauty, the lightness of her movements, her weightlessness!

She woke up with a strong heartbeat, resounding like thunder.

In a half-sleep she went out on the veranda, wet and slippery from the rain, gasping for air...

The heart operation was a success!

Although the bans had not yet been lifted, hope was beginning to dawn in  her heart:

Not in dreams but in reality to find ease of movement, to run barefoot on a slippery verandah polished by rain and warmed by the sun, to inhale the smell of rain , to accept tenderness of blue-gray lilac petals with pink, like tea rose petals, lips ...

And not only to dream, but to live!

To take a train ticket and leave, away from the bans, she dreamed!

To start an independent life, where
 The exciting unknown?

-That's madness, - cried the voice of reason!

But her heart was filled with feelings that, even in her dreams, did not come to her!

And here she is on the platform...

Clutched in her hand was a ticket to an unknown future.... Farewell to fears and inhibitions!
