Help and Mentality!

I am trying to understand what is going on. Many young people complain about socialism and how government treated their parents and made them to put " common benefit" first. Yes, it is true, we had the same "first think about your Homeland and then about yourself" ...but I never was treated so badly as here. Nobody took anything from me and nobody told me to think about neighbors more than about yourself as Project person did. It seems as everybody turned into American salespeople. First it was great to hear polite question "How can I help you?" after rude Soviet service, but then you realize that real meaning is "How can I help you to help myself?"

That bring constant tension and stress to figure out what is really going on behind polite smiles. After the story in Edi Rama office I cannot imagine what kind of "Exit from the Hell" is possible. By myself I do not see that. For Authorities I am not the one to pay any attention. For my Embassy the same. Regular people help as American salespeople and quickly lose an interest.
End it's natural that my thought go back to socialism, where people helped other people only because those were in trouble and needed help

Its difference in mentality!!!

Some real estate guy tried to help me to find an apartment, but with my budget its impossible to get a decent living. After 2 years of suffering I want to live in good conditions. I told him Kume story and he said "They will give you money later" And I asked WHY government used my property-for which I honestly worked hard during many years WHEN they want, doing WHAT they want without even considering ANY of MY needs at all. They would've give needed money WHEN they want... How come a person has NO rights whatsoever. Bad economy has nothing to do with that. Later it came out that guy is leaving Albania for USA. He asked for my opinion and if before I had different the opposite arguments for those people , now everything changed. I did try for myself all the options here. Not a chance. A person without good contact , which we called "The Hand" in Soviet Union or "The Back" in Macedonia is nobody here. No rights whatsoever. I ask that question in different places for almost two years and I don't get any answer. It's not a conditions for human being, who would like to feel as an independent human being and not as somebody's  possession. Albania became a Hell for me without exit. I never felt anything like that in times of socialism....It always was a solution...here every solution fails. And the real funny paradox is when people envy to my American passport. Its nothing if my money is in Kume , which people call a "Devil Place"
