   if you got in unsolvable situation in Albania and will look for help

Although «the drowning men's rescue is to be done by themselves!», still sometime assistance became necessary

However with any solution I come up and need people’s assistance, I end up with negative feelings towards humanity at all. I do not like that feeling. But if I’d not look for people's help, that feeling would be worse and I would direct it towards myself, thinking how could I be such an idiot, trusting a human being so much. But then another question would drill my brain “how to deal with professional -lawyers, notaries, etc.  without trust?”. One of the answer people suggest is “Check everything yours!”, which is even hard to digest than the question. I have to know so much-to be a lawyer and notary myself-scary thing!

People usually don’t approve my solutions for solving my unsolvable situation, quickly bringing up their “buts” and  suggesting two simple things - “find a lawyer and go to court” and “sell the house”. Although it is not a solution in my particular situation, but that part nobody wants to hear. People got upset with me as I don’t accept their advice as help, so now I just do not object-such a simple solution

That created “coffin feelings”

Besides discussions my solutions with regular people from time to time I still apply to Professionals for help and result is even worse

Most of my life I worked in helping profession. I helped people through my occupation as well as in real life. Now I got into situation where my life depends  on people , many of whom I found heartless and even cruel.

VALUES of SOCIALISM

I was raised in time of socialism, which proclaimed certain life principles and values
6) Humane relations and mutual respect between people: man is friend to man, comrade and brother.
7) Honesty and truthfulness, moral purity, simplicity and modesty in public and private life.
9) Irreconcilability to injustice, parasitism, dishonesty, careerism, money-grubbing.
10) Friendship and brotherhood of all peoples of the USSR, intolerance to national and racial hostility.

That time is gone. New one came. I am trying to understand those new values, but so far I found a pattern from  most contact with officials as a seeker for justice

-They don’t want to discuss things with me
-They ask for documents and time
-When I ask the result –I got lying
- I try to bring truth up- they got angry and block me

Here is a fresh example

I was looking for English-speaking lawyer to help me to write a claim for court from my name, but to make it short and clear. I explained to her that for two years I                and have big mess in my mind. I need somebody fresh-minded to help me to do that paper. She asked for documents.
I did not have documents on me as I went to another organization-Vlora office of Albanian developmental fund. I was sent there by person from Municipality about claiming money for expropriated land. It came out that organization did not exist there anymore, but sign still was on the building  in big letters. I asked a girl on the street to make a call to Tirana office to find out what has happen to the Vlora one, but she got scared.

I told lawyer that I remember by heart what is in my documents and just wanted to know if she could help me with writing and how much it’d cost, but lawyer insisted her way

GOING LAWYER'S WAY

I send her the document with the description of the case story and asked to confirm receiving

NO response

I wrote more stuff
That is the main claim to me from all over- how could you trust lawyers? how could you trust notaries?
but there is a LAW exist which fits exactly the situation

“Acquiring private or public property by presenting false facts or concealing true facts, lying or abuse of trust for oneself or other persons constitutes a criminal offence of fraud and is punishable by imprisonment up to 5 years.
This offence, when committed in collaboration is punishable by imprisonment from two to six years
When the offence brought serious consequences it's punished by six to ten years”

My position that Government project destroyed the very purpose of buying that place for kids with autism
I want "them" to return my money
real estate and notary for the scam and criminal activities
or
Municipality for making a place unfitted the goal of buying it

As usual when I talk about justice people ears got closed. They do not like it
@I bought a territory in a quiet village type kind of place away from the crowd and even not near neighbors' houses as those kids could be noisy.
Garage for outside activities. Land big enough for kids to learn. I teach autistic children using the real life conditions. To make salad they need to get red round tomatoes and green long cucumbers from the bush, get green big apple high and small cherry from the low tree. And so on.  Kids like learning that way and make good progress (that is self-talk, nobody is interested).Nothing is left from it and it’s on intersection of 2 busy asphalt-concrete roads without sidewalk

Bashkia Project came to my property WITHOUT any notification or documents March 2021 and started to destroy things. Since then I hear only that 'inspector will come"-from urban department
"Nuk po kuptoj se cfare doni nga une ? Cfare doni nga Bashkia e Vlores ?"-from Mr Leli
A lot of fake promises and open lying and anger from different Bashkiya workers
A lot of irritation and false information about Compensation for my land they use for second year
Their answer; "You will get your money with everybody, when Project will be over" (It can take years the way they work)

I believe I suffer from it probably the most. Work around my place going for second year-entrance is not even accessible-1/3 of the land cut off-water system broken, etc. For most people at least work is over. Some even got extra land. I lost everything.
When I try to explain Municipality people in human way that my house is not livable and with Compensation money and saved pension I could buy a place to live-they are NOT able to hear and respond with anger

For two years I cannot find any solution for my homeless condition . Out of season I could rent a place, but I have a lot of books and written papers for my work, which would be damaged in Kume house by dampness and mold.

In summer time place is not healthy -I have many health issues from being there, but season rate is high to rent a place
NO response
 I called. She said she read everything, she will contact Municipality and then she will write to me what she decides.
 Then she disappeared

PATTERN

In a big heat I dragged myself to her office-pretty far. I have back pain because Project hurt my water System and I take it in house with heavy water bottles. Besides I hurt my foot over the horrible entrance they made, so it was not easy to make that trip.

That was a person I applied to help me to do some paid job. Instead she called Municipality, Where I can nothing, but hostility and naturally it was not good for her to help such a person. I do understand. Here everybody depends on each other. I’d be very surprised if she’d want to help me and “go against the flow”
But
Why not to find a good reason “sorry, by family (or other) circumstances right now I cannot help you”

When I walked in, she started attacking my, explaining something. Then similar to Municipality people, she started to talk Albanian straight to my face .
When I asked why she did not answer my SMS or call, she angrily answered that she was with daughter by doctor
Familiar plot. When my first paid lawyer, whose interest changed for the opposite party, tried to avoid me she said
-Today I’d not be in my office. My son is sick

I came of course. Son was sitting in the office doing drawing. Mom gave me what I needed. No apology or anything, but at least she was not angry. Arjana was. Other client was there by a second lawyer, but I made my speech about morality…as usual…

CONCLUSION

They are not creative liars!
They don’t apologize!
When they have nothing meaningful to tell me, they switch to Albanian
When people say about going to court in Vlora
-well, they don’t consider “human factor”, when everyone knows each other as friends or relatives and nobody knows me.
And nobody cares about justice

In The BEGINNING

In 3 days will be two months since I am in a new country. Local people ask me often how I like the country and the people. For these 2 months I already was in many different situations and dealt with many people,  still operating with only 3 words in local language “Thanks, goodbye and how much ”.  However was able to do things and find my ways around. People are very benevolent, helpful and able to understand my needs, even without me saying anything. Seems as they just have a simple desire to help a person in need.

But that was time the Justice Issue was not there.
It’s already different levels of involvement
