Why did it arise?

From the case of the famous St. Petersburg historian, we all know that attacks on the target involve a set of very different actors, for example, (phone) pranksters, as well as hackers.

The (phone) pranksters have already shown themselves.

I've noticed hackers for a long time. But in a very noticeable form, I was forced to notice them during the period of September 9 - 10, 2022.

It turned out that I can access (I able to access) (I have "a right of access") the Internet "with [under] permission".

I didn't get upset.
