This community is not an opposition to illuminati or an additional opportunity for their young followers. But, total skepticism with an abundance of issues is a favorable environment for the uncommitted community of invisible EMISSIONERS of opinions / positions / views / forms of consciousness / interests / and other things that are not exaggerated / dominated, but just exist.

HGI does not aim to be eclipsing pulsars in the info- and noospheres to shake and demolish (blow) minds, to impose some ideas. But, "to leave footprints" (imprints of opinions) HGIs are doomed by virtue of the role and network interactions, what are based on experience and practice.
 
The name of the community speaks for itself. But, to grow up at home/in your own circle into a EMISSIONER THAT IS UNDERSTANDING key aspects is half the battle. It is important not to be an apologist for radical extremes, even if you are forced by circumstances, irritants, provocateurs, and "good reasons" as well.

The main thing is not to be a monkey with a grenade, or vice versa - to be one in spite of radicalism. Any choice for HGI is based on the principles of a weather vane with a "fingerin  the wind" condition.

However, the various "holy wars" are considered by the HGI as inappropriate behavior and entail anathema to the initiator/s. Along with this, claquers are perceived by HGI as bad manners, because. the community was created to discuss and publish various analytical and expert opinions in the formats of qualified presentations or balanced reactions to them, where only a semantic grenade can beat any trump card.

The language environments of HGI platforms are Russian and English (preferable) at this stage. Other language community platforms can be taken into account according the current paradigmal conjuncture.
