Introduction to Communist Math

Communism Math has two operations, to subtract and to divide.

The first operation, subtraction a.k.a. robbery is the one communists are perfect. They subtracted (using word and sword, later gun) whatever they thought the minuend didn’t need anymore. Even in a non-communist world a communist of that kind can easily subtract your purse in exchange of your life if you meet him in a dark dead-end.

Division a.k.a. distribution appears to be more complicated. At the very beginning any remainder tends to glue to the hands of divisor. Later all rounding differences move the same way.

Communist mathematicians tried and generally failed to use other operations like to add, to combine, to sum, to multiply, and to produce value. The only exception was production of weaponry which can be used to subtract values from potential minuends.

Practical applications:

Soviet Russia / Soviet Union was the first who applied Communist Math in modern times. They relatively easily subtracted large values from the biggest owners. That values disappeared surprisingly quickly and zeroed minuends didn’t produce new values. Then subtraction was applied to smaller minuends, with the same result. After several iterations they zeroed the economics.

Not all minuends agreed to be subtracted so they had to be eliminated or sent to labor camps for reeducation. Nothing personal, just business as usual.

Other Communist experimenters used the same practice with small variations. For example Mr. Pol Pot calculated that there were too many eaters in his country for a successful Communist project (and took actions to reduce population).

In any communist country there is always a problem with people who think. On one hand, that thinking guys are useful because they can invent new weapon or new method to subtract something from a neighbor. On the other hand they think and each of them think in a different way. Sometimes in the Very Different Way. What to do with them? The Only True Communist Theory doesn’t give an universal answer. To kill? To send to a camp? To send to psych asylum? Nothing helps. They keep thinking, even dead.
