Recently there was a story on TV about the anniversary of the coach of figure skaters A. Mishin. They showed a gym where skaters practice their jumps in 3, 4 turns on a special simulator.
I thought it would be nice to install such simulators for football players,
so that they jump and practice headbutts in training.
And then few of our players know how to play it well.

1. Invent or borrow trainers, such simulators -
let your wards hone head blows on them.

2. Clever and cunning football players usually hit with their heads with a nod down into the ground
in front of the goal to get a rebound, then it is very difficult for goalkeepers
to react and reflect such a blow.
Work out such a blow in training, on special simulators!.

3. Our players, for the most part, without jumping to the ball, usually
shoot above the gate - into the sky.
It is necessary to teach players to play in such situations.
If you feel that you are not jumping to the ball, LOWER YOUR HEAD and let it pass.
As a rule, they jump behind you, there are several more players, at a lower level from the ground and the ball you unexpectedly missed can hit the opponent or your teammate - and then various attack continuations, various ricochets, bounces are possible - up to a goal, to a corner, to the continuation of the scoring attack...

IT'S BETTER TO DO THIS THAN TO SHOOT INTO THE SKY!
