HW on "to prone" and "to tend"

There is my HW here.

Kazakhstan is the greatest country in the world! That's why Kazakh parents prone to be very attentive to the upbringing and education of their children. Therefore, among other things, their special attention is paid to the study of the subject "Boratology" by children. Parents tend to closely monitor the fixation of educational material in minds of their children in this area. At the same time, the fair punishment of children by handcuffing them to a battery in a cold room, followed by torture with a hot iron, are welcomed by all society and approved by the government of our country.
Because it has a statistically positive effect on the assimilation of educational material by children.
The competitive process in this area allows less knowledgeable parents to adopt new experience and perfect techniques in investigation and tortures. Pliers and hardened steel wire became the hit of the current school season, the demonstration of which clearly increases the children's zeal for knowledge and improves their academic performance.

2. “followed by torture with a hot iron, are welcomed by all society and approved by the government of our country.” In England, we use the tried and tested method of “go to bed with no dinner!”, but I guess this works too.
