By the same principle, the Worlds are arranged at each Level. The basic reality always remains, and "decorations" are created for each civilization. The soul that fills the new space of any world in the terminology of A. Naumkin is called the Higher Mind or the Soul of Creation, which combines the Pre-Eternal Spirit (the one who animates the entire Universe) and the Cosmic Mind into an integral structure, being Mahadeviangiras (substance), Alpha and Omega of this World on certain period of development.

There was a lecture by Andrey Shalygin on the structure of our world on YouTube (now, apparently, the author of the video has deleted it). It came from basic mathematical concepts: the number pi, the philosophical addition of Ahmes, the Euler number, Planck's constant, the Maxwell equation, the Unified Field theory. Shalygin calls this world the kingdom of Antichrist, the Kingdom of God on Earth without Love. And according to the plan of the Creators of this world, the ascent of a person home (centripetal movement) can be carried out only through the cultivation of Love in oneself. So, humanity has not yet entered the Hierarchy of God, but is on the auxiliary Earth of the upper layer of the hellish World. When it gains sufficient energy power, it will move to a higher Level of the Hierarchy and occupy one of the basic realities of this Level, where it will continue its development. Now let's return to the information-energy field of the World, which is the Cosmic Mind, which acquires Movement in the outer space of Matter. The Eternal Spirit is found in the inner space, and the Spatial Fire (the Soul of Creation, the Higher Mind) passes from one space of Matter to another, uniting the Cosmic Mind and the Eternal Spirit in each World "... being itself in them, at the same time it is them in itself. Everything is arranged in the Universe according to the law of similarity, that is, the principle of the structure of the lower worlds is similar to the structure of the higher ones, therefore, apparently, at each Level of the Hierarchy and in each World there is its own information and energy field (Cosmic Mind), which, like a Wi-Fi network, is connected with such same fields of all Levels of the Hierarchy. Thus, all Levels have a connection with the Absolute. That is, the Spirit emanating from the Absolute (the Eternal Spirit) passes through the Levels and transforms the energies on each of them.

Part of the Spirit of the Absolute is in each of us. At our Level of Hierarchy, as an auxiliary platform, a place has been created where young Souls, after creation, undergo a "run-in". After 10 lifetimes, the Soul itself is determined in a positive, negative or neutral system, it will develop, and the "defective Souls" go for disassembly (the law of decoding 12-27). Many cannot accept this truth that they are developing in an artificially created World built in the form of a high-resolution hologram (32-40 D resolution). Quite difficult conditions for development have been created here, which strengthens the Spirit of each Essence and, by and large, we do not know the whole plan for the development of the Absolute, because the plan for the development of the entire Universe also descends to "our" Absolute. And, most importantly, what the seekers of Truth lose sight of - for the Seekers of Knowledge, there are all opportunities for development here - the main thing is to form the right intention.
