It is very important, in my opinion, for parents to try to instill the basics of a healthy lifestyle in children from early childhood, so that it becomes a habit, like the habit of brushing your teeth after eating or in the morning.

 What is the most important thing in a healthy lifestyle?
 Undoubtedly, these are the principles of proper and rational nutrition first of all.

Why should nutrition come first?

Food in general is a source of all the necessary energy and useful minerals and other essential components of the foundations for the construction and normal operation of all systems of our body.

They also say that a man is what he eats.

People usually do not pay much attention to food, not understanding the importance of what a person eats - the importance for health, and for energetic work and life, and good mood and well-being.

First of all, it should be noted here, that at present times, people eat a huge amount of carbohydrates, and especially the so-called fast carbohydrates - these are carbohydrates in foods, that deliver sugar very quickly to the bloodstream and throughout the body.


Such a huge amount of carbohydrates eaten can lead to undesirable consequences - the main of them - to increase or persistently high blood sugar - this is called hyperglycemia, which in turn is fraught with the occurrence of such a widespread disease today as diabetes mellitus.

It should be added that alcohol and beer are produced by the fermentation of sugar, and there is plenty of it in the now popular energy drinks.

What is terrible about alcohol or beer - for example, a person eats proteins with carbohydrates and additionally adds liquid with sugar yeast and all this mass is digested or poorly digested and all toxins along with alcohol can and most likely enter the human blood.

Yes, caffeine gives some kind of burst of energy, but most likely it takes no less.

There are studies that when taking coffee, the vessels of the brain narrow and coffee is a certain tension for the human nervous system, then coffee washes out certain substances.  Often in a cafe they offer a glass of water for coffee, for a reason, the metabolism probably increases and this is the effect of caffeine.

I remember that all of us who watched this movie on the video were shocked after watching it.

A lot of time has passed since then.

The question is - is this attitude towards production accepted only in the United States or is the situation the same in other countries?

People need food, and that's understandable.

A person comes to the store and chooses the products he likes.

Many people trying to save money and buy cheap white bread, cheap tea biscuits, cheap and seemingly tasty chicken, since beef is expensive.

Generally expensive meat and cheese you can get in a grocery store.

Others buy semi-finished meat products again to save money.

Please think - is there a lot of meat in sausage or sausages?

Actually it’s recommended that it is better not to buy semi-finished meat products, are they can be stuffed with chemicals and meat substitutes, taste, color and smell?

We must always think - does it make sense to buy chemical food or chemical products?

Why are white bread and biscuits so cheap and all the shelves in stores are full of these biscuits - various types of biscuits with sweet additives?

There are studies that cheap confectionery and dairy products can and most likely contain trans fats and substitutes for natural products.

What can suffer from the use of chemicals in products?

I can say about myself that after the transition to a healthy lifestyle, the transition itself took me a long time - about 3 and half year

You need to know that all this is pathogenic microflora, if it lives in a person or, God forbid, something worse, like the same worms - they all feed on a person, and also release harmful and toxic substances into the internal environment and blood of people - products of their vital activity  - all this can affect the human immune system.

Here I will add the essential, which I recently learned about, if a person eats properly, the intestines are cleansed of dirt and undigested foods (what can happen if a person leads a sedentary lifestyle, you probably don’t need to eat a lot before going to bed and something else - for some reason society does not tell us about healthy lifestyle  since childhood and I didn’t know this myself, there were no lessons on healthy lifestyles at school, or I don’t remember it might be

In the textbooks of Medical Universities I couldn’t find or find that practically nothing is said about how to restore your acid-base balance or acid-base balance of the body

They write there - acidification or acidosis is bad, and alkalization or alkalosis is the same bad and does not reveal how important it is to maintain your correct acid-base balance, at a level of PH ~ 7.42 (slightly alkaline)

But it very important, to pay much attention of studies for the food safety and influence of the food for the human health.

It is also might or should be necessary or consider to do this at the State level - this is my opinion - to educate citizens and children about the importance of the principles of proper and healthy nutrition for maintaining their health and in general for the future of society.

Why are cookies might be so cheap on store shelves and what are trans fats?

Why is there so much milk or dairy products in stores and it doesn't spoil?

Few people know, that all our smartphones radiate, and especially when talking, it is better to keep the smartphone away from the ear, and it is better not to use it when charging the phone.

Also these new bluetooth headphones - please think for yourself - they also for sure do create a field in the head and around the head - an electromagnetic field, albeit not very large.

Fashionable sneakers for children with luminous lights, heated jackets from the power bank - you might think - how great it is - these are or are they the achievements of science and human civilization!?

Returning to the topic of the story - proper food and products, one cannot ignore fast food, beloved by many, or the so-called street food.


The USA as we know is the birthplace of fast food and I must say that there are a lot of really fat and very big people there.

But this country literally flooded the whole world with its drinks and chocolates - are the same vending machines and lari everywhere in all countries?  with their well-known products - lemonades, cola and chocolates.

I'm talking about Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola, chocolates might be products from other big food corporations, for example, you can find an article on the Internet that the well-known company Nestle itself admitted that 2/3 of their products do not meet the indicators of healthy products.


I remember the Coca Cola advert campaigns from 90th about how great and energetic their products and this actually can do effect on minds of people
