A huge asteroid flew between the orbits of the Earth and the Moon for the first time in ten years
On the night of March 25-26, 2023, a huge asteroid flew between the orbits of the Earth and the Moon. This was reported by the press service of the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Asteroid 2023 DZ2 with a diameter of 40 to 90 m swept at a distance of about 160 thousand km from Earth. Astronomers note that such large space objects approach our planet once a decade.
