Itsalbania

I did not get to the Prosecutor's Office, as visitors’s hours were after two, but I arrived in the morning. There was no one around who spoke English. The security guy at the entrance wrote to bring an interpreter. Somehow I got nervous. All around were lawyers and notaries offices. They usually located near courts and prosecutors and I went in  one of them

The lawyer spoke German and young girl spoke some English. I wanted to leave, but they insisted me to stay. Almost in the beginning answering some of the questions I said that Albanian government like tourists, but do not like its citizen. The girl actively objected

Lawyer wanted papers although I told them, I only need money for expropriated land, which government took from me and overall I wanted to know maybe they know Where in Albania I can get a little bit of Justice

Lawyer and the girl discussed something and the girl translated for me
‘ Only  Court can solve it”

I said: “I’d not take Albanian Government to court. I do not have money for that. its funny how lawyer insist on money even of a person does not have it or if it does not make any sense. It makes sense to their pocket, so they keep insisting. So far all of them with the same scenario

I told girl, that I wanted a  criminal court against those who sold illegal property and made fake documents”, showing Tirana's Prosecutor's letter

 “it’s not consider criminality in Albania.”, -the girl said, -Criminality is big!”
The lawyer started to be nervous. “Give me money for the court” did not work. Conversation should be over

-“Mafia only ? Whatever is not Mafia it is just a civil issue?”-I wondered... maybe
-” Its Albania”, said the girl the regular mantra. Everybody eventually grab for those words. It works as a “Magical Pill”, solving everything in term of @things are not solvable in Albania. Nothing could be done after that

- “ It’s not you, people? It’s just some “albania” by itself. I’d like to live in Albania, with human rights . Please, tell me, if there are some people who want the same”
The lawyer became impatient...

-“No such people”- said the girl-In Albania everything is only about money.
I thanked both of them and left.

 From my experience the girl was telling the Truth.
Many months passes since Denisa expressed her negative reaction to bitter Truth of Albanian man, which I mentioned, but with every new month I see how right was that man. Denisa just came to make a business as everybody else
Nothing else works here, besides money deals. Probably they like it that way-simple
Then I went to look for computer store and a young boy, future musical, with guitar behind his back walked with me and at some point he expressed a surprise why I chose such a lousy country to live and wanted to start his usual complains, but I stopped him, telling him my observation-people do nothing for country improvement, only complains. He agreed
I told him about Bela, the only girl I met so far, who sincerely loved Albania and wanted to live here. I constantly talk to people about that and usually their plans to move away. Nobody wants to live in itsalbania and me too
