The United States and the provocation at the Zapor

The United States has published a warning document to Rosatom (Russia) on the Zaporozhye NPP.
How to rate it.
Today I watched various TV info-programs, where experts discussed
why, almost a year after the start of the SVO, this not entirely clear document appeared.

I will offer my opinion to the readers for consideration.
Let me remind you that the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant occurred on April 26, 1986.
I assume that this American document serves as a kind
of guarantee, a cover for a possible new nuclear provocation
at the Zaporozhye NPP in the near future,
which will be committed by the cannibalistic, fascist regime of Ukraine.
The United States and its Western puppets will accuse Russia of everything in a friendly chorus.
These bastards will squeal - we warned everyone, we warned everyone!..

Therefore, this confused document should not be considered harmless,
purely commercial, although this component is obvious in it.

I PROPOSE that the Russian government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rosatom prepare documents
and URGENTLY convene the UN Security Council (UN) to discuss
a possible nuclear provocation and a nuclear disaster at the Zaporozhye NPP.
