Meditation Pulsating Star of the Soul

1. Sit straight, calm down, stop the inner dialogue. Direct your inner look in the area of ;;your heart. Send a light and kind intention in to this area to feel your heart with light.

2. Imagine standing on the rock of the sea shore early in the morning, the is about to rise... Here the waves rolling in and out, silently and peacefully reflecting your heart beat in each and every drop… 12 beats to roll in with the wave and 12 beats to roll out…12 beats in… 12 beats out…

The first white ray of the Sun flies over the sea and gets into your chest. Pass it through yourself and focus your attention on the area between the shoulder-blades. There, you can see the evaporation process of all the energy “soot” (dust) that you have accumulated during day or week or month or even a year. There, between the shoulder-blades, as if from a chimney, first the dark energy evaporates, and then it becomes like a light water steam.

3. The sun rises a little higher and a second white ray reaches you. It got into the crown of your head, walked forward to the middle of the chest, reflected in a thymus gland, went through your shoulders, forearms, arms, hands… And the release of stagnant energy went through the palms of your hands. The second channel is being cleared.

4. The sun rises higher, and a third white ray again enters your head through the crown, passes along the spine, through the inner surface of your legs, and further through the soles in order to release the burnt energy from this channel.

5. Wait for all channels to emit a clean stream similar to a regular steam from a kettle or pot.

6. Next, imagine that a whole bundle of sun rays is pouring into you. Grab it in front of your chest like an energy broom, and sweep your internal organs with these radiant rays, starting with the brain (like brushes clear the car windshield).

7. Take one ray from that bundle and point it to the Great Conception Cell located in the pineal gland. Clean the nucleus of this cell, the membrane, and direct this ray to each cell in your body. Imagine the sun's rays purifying and activating every cell in your body.

8. Imagine once again the only white ray coming to you from the sun. Catch it and embrace yourself with it and feel its magnificent attraction calling you… Somewhere far…. Somewhere Home… where you share one origin of a starlight... Slowly start your move forwards straight into the Sun. You first get into the area of ;;bright orange light, then it goes into a dazzling white glow and you see the outline of the solar sphere. Continue moving towards the center of the sun and do not stop until you are in the center, where a dazzling white glow shines and the image of the Spirit of the Sun appears (Helios, Ra, Savour, Surya, etc.). Talk to It telepathically, ask for healing and for your further continuous journey.

After getting the blessing of the Spirit of the Sun, you start feeling how you endow the same starlight glow and feel stronger attraction towards the vast of the Cosmos…where your own light of your own Soul is calling... There, in the silence where the music of the Universe sounds, a white-gold ray starts to reach you: from the Eternal Source to your pulsating star, the star suddenly flashes like a supernova… On the vast of the indigo-blue sky, within absolute silence, the golden cosmic dust falls on the star. This is the process of the fertilization of your Soul with the Divine Energy, it is united with Divine and Eteral Love. The pulsing star itself shines with a myriad of golden glares and turns into the Pulsing Star of your Soul, that travels through time and space and manifests in this wonderful human being, being born with this shining facet in this beautiful body of yours. Feel the pulsation of the Star of your Soul in your chest, feel its warmth…and eternal Union within all earthly and spiritual structures. Now you are Free from all of your fears of your mind, anxieties of your brain, and worries of your ego. Since Here, from Now On and Forever, You unite with the Divine Energy of Yours, that always shows the Path to your True Self, the eternal part of God within you. Talk to It now with all the Love that you’ve always had . Repeat these words:

I am the Light Divine,
