Who masterminded provocation against Kyrgyzstan?

One of the most authoritative Ukrainian experts, Roman Svitan, warned that the FSB of the Russian Federation could stage a provocation during the Victory Parade in Moscow and go to the killing  of the Kyrgyz president and Putin's double.
This would make it possible to involve the CIS countries in the war in Ukraine, in accordance with the charter of this organization.
No one considers such a variant of possible events, but the president of Kyrgyzstan is indeed in great danger.
Meanwhile, the FBI said the drone attack on the Kremlin two days ago was also more likely the work of the Russian FSB, whose head, Sergei Patrushev, is one of Russia's possible new leaders.
It was Patrushev and the FSB who insisted that Russia launch a military special operation in Ukraine, and today, a year and a half later, when the positions of Putin and Russia have become almost catastrophic, Patrushev and his close people hope to come to power in order to save themselves, their department and withdraw country out of the crisis by involving all the CIS  countries in resolving the bloody conflict.
