The explosion in the center of Lugansk on Demekhin Street occurred during rush hour, there are injured civilians, said the acting head of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) Leonid Pasechnik in Telegram.

"According to preliminary data — an explosion. Ambulances, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, all relevant departments are already working at the scene," the Beekeeper wrote. According to TASS, four people were injured.

On the morning of May 15, it became known about two explosions near the bus station in Lugansk. Later it turned out that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck the building of the former aviation school of navigators (LVVAUSH) with the help of Storm Shadow cruise missiles delivered by the UK to Kiev.

In the afternoon, another explosion sounded in the center of Lugansk. It is noted that the explosion occurred near a local TV and radio company.

Взрыв в центре Луганска на улице Демехина произошел в час пик, есть пострадавшие мирные жители, рассказал врио главы Луганской народной республики (ЛНР) Леонид Пасечник в Telegram.

«По предварительным данным — подрыв. Скорые, МЧС, все профильные ведомства уже работают на месте происшествия», — написал Пасечник. По сообщению ТАСС, ранения получили четыре человека.

Утром 15 мая стало известно о двух взрывах в районе автовокзала в Луганске. Позже выяснилось, что удар Вооруженные силы Украины (ВСУ) нанесли по зданию бывшего авиационного училища штурманов (ЛВВАУШ) при помощи поставленных Великобританией Киеву крылатых ракет Storm Shadow.

Днем в центре Луганска прозвучал еще один взрыв. Отмечается, что взрыв произошел рядом с местной телерадиокомпанией.

Как затем уточнили
в Минобороны (МО) России,

американский зенитно-ракетный комплекс
(ЗРК) Patriot.
ВС РФ атаковали ЗРК,
используя
высокоточный гиперзвуковой
ракетный комплекс «Кинжал»,
пояснили в министерстве.
Помимо этого, был нанесен сосредоточенный удар
с помощью оружия большой дальности
по пунктам дислокации Вооруженных сил Украины (ВСУ),
а также по местам хранения боеприпасов и вооружения.
Российские войска поразили все обозначенные объекты,
добавили в Минобороны.  Официальный представитель МО

уточнил, что
удары по подразделениям ВСУ

На Украине назвали ночной удар исключительным

Киевская городская военная администрация заявила, что
в ночной атаке по городу было применено максимальное количество ракет
за короткий промежуток времени.
Власти украинской столицы назвали ее исключительной по своей плотности.

В ходе удара, согласно заявлению администрации, использовались
«беспилотники, крылатые ракеты и, вероятно, ракеты баллистического типа».

В Киеве работали средства противовоздушной обороны (ПВО).
Кроме того, почти на всей территории Украины действовала воздушная тревога.
В Соломенском и Шевченковском районах Киева были слышны взрывы.
О детонациях сообщалось и в Черниговской области.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired phosphorus shells at the village of Stary Khutor in the Valuysky district of the Belgorod region. This is reported in the Telegram channel Mash.

In total, eight incendiary shells fell. Presumably, they were fired from the multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) "Grad". There were no casualties as a result of the attack by the Ukrainian forces.

The settlement is located almost at the border, from it to the nearest houses is only 250 meters.

The consequences of the shelling were caught on video
Footage of the consequences of the shelling of the Old Farm appeared on the network. The footage shows thick smoke rising over the area that has been shelled.


One of the published photos also shows traces on the ground that phosphorus could have left.

Soon another Belgorod village was attacked

Another APU attack was directed at the Lower Mills farm in the Belgorod region. It was reported that the Ukrainian forces also used phosphorus shells.

In total, 12 incendiary shells were fired at the farm. No one was injured in the attack. The place of arrival is 2.5 kilometers from the border.

The use of phosphorus shells is prohibited by the Geneva Convention
The use of incendiary ammunition, including those containing white phosphorus, is limited by Protocol III of the 1980 UN Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons. In particular, it is prohibited where civilians may become victims.

Such ammunition causes severe burns and acute poisoning, as well as damage to bones, bone marrow and tissue necrosis. White phosphorus is poisonous — the lethal dose for humans is 0.05-0.15 grams.

Вооруженные силы Украины (ВСУ) обстреляли фосфорными снарядами село Старый Хутор в Валуйском районе Белгородской области. О этом сообщается в Telegram-канале Mash.

В общей сложности упало восемь зажигательных снарядов. Предположительно, они были выпущены из реактивной системы залпового огня (РСЗО) «Град». В результате атаки украинских сил пострадавших нет.

Населенный пункт расположен почти у самой границы, от нее до ближайших домов всего 250 метров.

Последствия обстрела попали на видео
В сети появились кадры последствий обстрела Старого Хутора. На кадрах виден густой дым, поднимающийся над зоной, подвергшейся обстрелу.


На одном из опубликованных фото также видны следы на земле, которые мог оставить фосфор.

Вскоре было атаковано еще одно белгородское село

Еще одна атака ВСУ была направлена на хутор Нижние Мельницы в Белгородской области. Сообщалось, что украинские силы также использовали фосфорные снаряды.

Всего по хутору было выпущено 12 зажигательных снарядов. При атаке никто не пострадал. Место прилета находится в 2,5 километра от границы.

Использование фосфорных снарядов запрещено Женевской конвенцией
Применение зажигательных боеприпасов, в том числе содержащих белый фосфор, ограничено Протоколом III Конвенции ООН по конкретным видам обычного оружия 1980 года. В частности, это запрещено там, где жертвами могут стать мирные жители.

Такие боеприпасы вызывают тяжелые ожоги и острое отравление, а также поражение костей, костного мозга и омертвение тканей. Белый фосфор ядовит — смертельная доза для человека составляет 0,05-0,15 грамма.
